Magique et reposant
Pros:

L'accueil est sympa et chaleureux. L'hôtesse à l'accueil explique correctement et pointe bien les choses importantes à savoir.
L'environnement, le cadre est juste magique et reposant. C'est un lieu qui dégage de bonne énergies.

Cons:

Il n'y a rien qui m'a déplu.

Par contre, juste que la climatisation ne correspondait pas forcément à ce qu'il y avais de marquer sur la télécommande. Un petit soucis technique sûrement. Mais rien d'extrêmement grave.

L’accueil est correct, sans plus.
Pour le prix on s’attend à plus de niveau de services, de motivation à servir le client.
Le bureau ouvre à 8h15 et ferme à 17h30… il ne faut pas avoir des demandes en dehors de ces horaires qui ne sont pas très faciles quand on fait un Check out tôt pour prendre le ferry…

Great location, lovely bungalows. Beautiful sunsets.
Pros:

we stayed for 8 nights and experienced 3 types of bungalows. The garden bungalows are absolutely fine but less amenities than the deluxe bungalows, which have TV and microwave also, and are a newer build. The lagoon view bungalow is like the garden bungalows with a bit of a view to the ocean - but we preferred walking the short distance to the ocean for the full view so, for the price, the garden bungalows are fine or I would spend the extra money on the deluxe bungalow instead. The deluxe bungalow - we also found quieter. Our garden bungalow - the roosters seemed to be right behind us - so bring ear plugs for sleeping. The location is wonderful. There are several great restaurants near by and the beach is lovely. Make sure to book reservations for the more popular restaurants as they fill up every night. We would definitely book this lovely little hotel again!

Pros:

Un hôtel juste devant la plage avec une très jolie vue sur le lagon. La piscine est petite mais c'est un vrai plus.
La climatisation des chambres est très appréciable. Personnel sympathique.
