Locate. Zéér ruime kamer met gangetje naar eigen badkamer.

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Ho trascorso 14 notti all'hotel Bacantes con 4 amici che avevano altre 2 stanze oltre alla mia. Siamo stati molto bene.
La struttura è bella, caratteristica, con molti colori, piante, e cortili interni graziosi.
Il letto era comodo, la stanza e il bagno molto puliti, e c'è molta attenzione alla pulizia anche durante il soggiorno. La struttura era anche molto silenziosa.
Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, poiché l'hotel si trova in un quartiere molto bello, prossimo al centro, ai mercati, a vari locali, nonché a 15 minuti dal centro dei congressi.
Al mattino, troviamo il caffè appena fatto e messo a disposizione gratuitamente.

Cons:

Per me non è stato un problema ma per qualcuno che magari deve lavorare in stanza, è meglio sapere che al piano terra le stanze sono abbastanza buie.
Ci vorrebbe qualche gruccia in più per appendere dei vestiti.

Base perfecta per descansar i des d'on explorar Puebla!
Pros:

Un lloc acollidor, amb una decoració agradable, pati intern que dóna calidesa, molt aprop de la plaça del Zócalo, al centre de Puebla, tot ha anat bé, bon lloc on quedar-se a Puebla!!

Cons:

Potser és millorable l'atenció del personal de recepció. Són atents i resolutius, però les 4 persones que ens varen atendre en diferents moments del dia, tant en el check in com durant l'estada i al check out ens van preguntar si teníem reserva, a quina habitació estàvem, si teníem reserva de nou...una mica de descontrol

Buen lugar, mala atención
Pros:

La ubicación, las habitaciones el pariecito y su fuente

Cons:

El mal trato por parte de los administradores y recepcionistas, mal modo, groseros, no me dieron habitación en planta baja, ni la ofrecieron, tengo lesión de rodilla y no puedo subir escaleras,muy mala atención es lo malo de este hotel

Uncomfortable room.
Pros:

The place was very close to the downtown of the city, there were lots of museums and places to eat.

Cons:

The room was extremely small. To take a shower was a challenge. The water spilled outside. The floor was vary slippery. They don't have a safe and that is something needed. The bed was very hard. They showed me a picture of a different room. Mine was extremely small.
