Pros:

We upgraded our room to the best in this hotel- on very top. That was nice. First floor rooms very darks, without windows but it is common here.
Perfect location!

No encontré referencias del lugar respecto a si esta era una casona o un almacén, por ejemplo. Tratándose de una ciudad y una ubicación histórica, siempre es información de interés. La sencillez y naturalidad del lugar son muy agradables.

The location provided perfect access to the Centro Historica and the stay was wonderful.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful. One example: on a day that had some rain, they loaned us an umbrella. From check in to check out, the entire staff was very attentive.

Cons:

For security, they managed access in and out of the property. They were great and happy to let us in and out, but I felt a little like I was imposing.

Cons:

Las duchas nos servirían, salía muy poca agua. Además olía a polvo y no se estaba bien aseado. Finamente, indican en booking que tienen parking pero en realidad tienen es un convenio con un parqueadero público y cobran según el tamaño del carro.
