Pros:

The room was clean and the decorations is cute. I love every details that they put into the room. As for the location it is really strategic, as every places are all around and could be reach by a walking distance. It's worth the price. They also allowed me to access the facilities in Isla Indah area, such as pool, sunbath, garden and etc. Love this place! Thank you for doing a good job :)

Such a nice stay! Definitely will come back again.
Pros:

Had a lovely stay here! I had a tight budget but I still wanted to find a nice accommodation on the island. I came here and asked if they can show me the room (because usually some accommodations are only nice on the pictures) and the staffs did show the room. I also went to the other accommodations and eventually booked their homestay on booking. I can also bring my pet which is one of the reasons on why I booked them! (even though there is any fee but that's okay).
The staffs are super nice, easy going and really helpful! They are so welcoming and the hospitality really goes beyond what's usually provided by the other homestays.

Worth the price - definitely will come back again
Pros:

Really nice and clean room. Not as good as the upgrade room they have next door but at least the room is nice, neat, and most importantly clean. Not sure why the other reviews said it's dirty, I didn't find any bed bug nor cockroach in the bedroom (even though the stairs are indeed narrow).
All the staffs are super kind and accommodating including the manager who's really knowledgeable and who shared some recommendations on places to go in Nusa Lembongan and even in Bali.
Would definitely come back here again.

Pros:

Amazing location, accommodation and even better is the staff!! Customer service was excellent throughout our stay, with prompt responses and a team that was very helpful and hospitable. Shout out to the squeaky clean room, super comfortable bed, and just an overall lovely room!! Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in such great location, close to everywhere :)

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gestaltet. Türen und Fenster sind nicht dicht. Einen Morgen hat das Wasser im Bad gar nicht funktioniert. Außerdem fiel der Duschkopf ab. Auch die Lüftung im Bad musste erst repariert werden.
Kam man aus unserem Zimmer, sah man die aufgehängte Unterwäsche des Personals.

Absolute nightmare

The room was dreadful, like a prison cell. The main thing they don't tell you when booking it is that the "Homestay" acually means you are staying where the staff live. So you aren't actually in the same area as the pool and restaurant faciities (the pool area was filthy so i wouldn't have used it anyway), you are out the back, down a small laneway, dodge the chickens and the random dirty babies nappies to eventually make your way to your room..... horendous! When i complained and asked for a refund so as I could move they refused. Their policy on Booking.com said 50% refund for cancellations but no, they wouldn't budge. So I ended up being moved to their hotel for 6 nights, which was also an extremely basic room but at least it was clean, ish. They took my $824 and applied it to the 6 nights I stayed at the hotel (only because I couldn't find anywhere sooner) and I had to stay the 7th night back in staff accomdation. So on average I paid $117 per night, because they wouldn't refund me. Rip off to say the least. I ended up getting a beautiful place right on the beach for $80 per night including breakfast. DO NOT book this place, its dirty and dreadful and way over priced for what it is.

Sehr nettes Personal & schöner Outdoorbereich, Zimmer eher spartanisch aber schön hell

Das Personal war sehr nett & der Outdoorbereich hinten am Shop war sehr schön gestaltet & bepflanzt.
Das Zimmer & das Bad waren hell, was nicht selbstverständlich auf Nusa Lembongan ist.

Cons:

Der Treppnaufgang war sehr schmal & nicht wirklich einladend. In dem Bereich draußen vor dem Zimmer stand leider nur ein Stuhl, was nicht so toll ist wenn man zu zweit das Zimmer bewohnt.
Die Ausstattung war leider etwas spartanisch.. nur ein Kleiderhaken an der Wand & ein kleines Regal um seine Sachen zu verwahren. Leider wurde in 4 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht, was wirklich zwischendurch nötig gewesen wäre. Es ist ganz normal, wenn man einem Strandort Urlaub macht, das irgendwann überall Sand ist. Es gab leider nicht mal Seife oder eine Ablage im Bad. Das Zimmer roch ein bisschen nach Moder & die Klimaanlage hatte innen etwas Schimmel angesetzt.

Nice stay
Pros:

Really nice and clean homestay. Worth the price, it's also quite close to the beach. Some more modern looking decorations inside compared to the other homestays here.

Excellent stay
Pros:

It is such a nice accommodation for the price! Luckily I got a good deal. The place is so clean and really comfy, it looks really nice for a homestay, some neat decorations, and the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Totally recommended!
