Bellissima posizione, gestione discutibile

Affaccio spettacolare sulla magnifica laguna, rende possibile stare in loco senza necessità di spostarsi. Camera adeguata come dimensioni e letti (due queen size per 2 genitori e due figli giovani)

Cons:

Abbiamo passato tre notti nell'hotel Aluxes. La prima sera abbiamo trovato la stanza sporca con briciole sul letto e formiche ovunque, pulita il giorno successivo su nostra richiesta. In bagno erano disponibili 4 asciugamani macchiati. Nel piccolo patio interno c'era una jacuzzi sporca e inutilizzabile. C'erano tre bottigliette d' acqua: una era sigillata con scritto di non berla se il sigillo era spezzato e due erano senza sigillo e riempite a livelli diversi. La cosa piú fastidiosa é stato peró constatare che gli spazi sulla laguna erano disponibili anche per chi non é ospite dell'albergo. Basta venire a fare colazione o a pranzare per potere usare senza limiti le zone d'ombra, i tavoli, le sdraio e gli altri splendidi spazi sulla laguna. La struttura é aperta anche a chi ha preso alloggio in un altro hotel (Alux, della stessa proprietá) spendendo la metá. Il risultato é una forte competizione per gli spazi comuni a scapito degli ospiti dell'albergo, che si vedono negare una sdraio o il posto sotto un gazebo da chiassose famiglie che sono passate per una mangiata. Questo fatto é molto frustrante per chi ha pagato per la camera nell'albergo. Nel nostro caso avendo prenotato a giugno 2025 tramite booking abbiamo pagato quasi 300 euro a notte, il doppio rispetto al prezzo di listino, che veniva applicato correttamente al momento del nostro soggiorno. I referenti si sono giustificati dicendo che applicano un prezzo flessibile, secondo l'andamento della stagione. A mio avviso si tratta di una politica commerciale sgradevole, che qualcun'altro potrebbe definire truffaldina. Alla fine del soggiorno, dopo avere pagato 870 euro, piú colazioni, ci sono stati chiesti 50 pesos messicani (2,4 euro) per un asciugamano che secondo loro avevamo macchiato.

La ubicación es excelente. El banco de arena que tienen en frente es excepcional.

Cons:

Hay mucha gente que no se hospeda en el hotel y que usa las instalaciones del hotel, por lo que se llena demasiado, a mi gusto deberían de cobrar más por este tipo de "day pass" para reducir la cantidad de gente, pero mantener el mismo ingreso económico.
