The 2 queen suite was spacious. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice having the little kitchen.

The STAFF was most accomodating and worked hard. The desk personnl, Don and others were very nice and efficient.
I could not and neither could my husband figure out the shower - the faucet only worked on the tub so I had to bend over to do my hair and wash up inside the tub and that's not easy for 75 year olds! There is no valve or flip switch for tub to shower ??????????????? That was inconvenient.

I didnt like how I tried showing the manager a pending check into my acct and he wouldn't let me check in. Then as I was stuck sleeping outsidw at night. And as I was watching my phone for my money to load.h⁹I saw it load then right after that comfort suites ran my card when I was laying down way across oshkosh at asylum bay. Good location Beds were comfortable and clean.
The TV situation was horrible. Just wanted to watch just old regular TV it was basically nonexistent. The TV guide that is in the room is useless. The remote why even have one another piece of junk. Long day and just want to relax and watch some normal tv and can't do that. Terrible. The kitchen was average at best. No individual packets of jelly. Full jars really seriously you know have germs can be passed by using that method. Wow. Front desk people were nice.
Property was close to a lot of restaurants and stores.
The rooms and hallways had a really funky smell. The pool room was like a sauna and the water was really unappealing.
