Needs more attention to the surrounding.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, old vintage furniture

Cons:

Evidence of spiders and cobwebs on ceiling and room corners. Squashed a roach in the bathroom.

I definitely don't recommend it as long as it is not renovated.
Pros:

There is small and really so-so pool, but is there.
Personel is kind. Is not their fault that rooms are not good.
Also there is an opportunity to order breakfast.

Cons:

Lots of ants in the room, also on the bed, dirty toilet, no toilet paper, very leaky shower and wash basin, cracked walls or some not painted after using the wall feeler, air conditioning is leaking. Generaly bad opinion, very bad, anyway friendly service is a big positive aspect of that place.
Ps. This place urgently needs a general renovation and it will be fine.

Exceptional
Pros:

The location is so favorable because it along the road, so you wouldn't struggle with taxis if you don't have transport. It is in close proximity to a shopping complex, and a hospital, and the city center is not far either.

Cons:

The staff is so nice. The owner is so friendly. The rooms are neat and tidy.
