Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden – das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Auf Wunsch wurde auch etwas Warmes wie Omelette oder Menemen zubereitet, und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Besonders das Pişi war sehr lecker. Man merkte, dass die Produkte sorgfältig ausgewählt waren.

Die Lage war perfekt, mitten im Zentrum. Allerdings gab es Parkplatzprobleme: Ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit durfte man nicht mehr ins Zentrum fahren, sodass wir einmal auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz ausweichen und extra zahlen mussten. Die Straßen und Gassen in der Ortschaft sind zudem sehr eng.

Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden – das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war zwar recht klein und schon etwas abgenutzt, aber insgesamt ausreichend. Uns war bewusst, dass es sich um ein älteres Haus handelt, das wahrscheinlich zu einem Hotel umgebaut wurde.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit herzlichem Service und guter Sauberkeit, das jedoch in Organisation und Ausstattung noch Luft n
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Moshinos Hotel war insgesamt angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus war einwandfrei, und die familiäre, kinderfreundliche Atmosphäre hat uns den Aufenthalt erleichtert. Man fühlt sich schnell willkommen und gut aufgehoben.

Cons:

Einige Punkte könnten jedoch verbessert werden. Das Frühstück war zwar in Ordnung, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich – ein traditionelles „Serpme Kahvaltı“ hätte das Erlebnis bereichert. Abends kann es durch die Musik aus den umliegenden Cafés und Bars recht laut werden, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern störend sein kann. Außerdem ist die Anfahrt mit dem Auto etwas umständlich, da es in der Umgebung an Parkmöglichkeiten mangelt und die Straßen für Kinderwagen nicht optimal geeignet sind.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass unsere Buchung nach dem Aufenthalt vom Hoteleigentümer ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund storniert wurde. Das wirft leider einen Schatten auf die ansonsten positive Erfahrung.

Insgesamt ein Hotel mit Potenzial, das durch seine Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit punktet, jedoch in Organisation und Infrastruktur noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten hat.

The staff at check in was unpleasant and insisted on charging us additional 20 euros commission charge for reserving the room. I have never experienced this in turkey or elsewhere while I used booking in numerous countries in over 15 years. Furthermore if such commission for using a platform is valid it is only right that the venue itself and not the guest should absorb that cost, no different than merchants that use visa or Mastercard or any other payment platform. Additionally bathroom hygiene was poor and not properly cleaned. Shower needs renovation. Lastly no one knows English.
