Pros:

Liebe Justine, wir waren vom 25.5.-5.6. im Soprano-Palace in Bari.
Wir wurden hervorragend betreut und hatten ein Wohlfühl-Zimmer, mit täglich wechselnden Habdtüchern, zwar nicht zur Strasse, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war okay und ein schöner Einstieg in den Tagen zu den Ausflügen in Apulien und Umgebung, dank der phantastischen Lage des Hotels mit nicht zu langem Weg zum Bahnhof im Zentrum der Neustadt, mitten in der Fußgängerzone und kurzem Weg zur Altstadt.
Justine sprach deutsch und war uns in einigen Fragen sehr hilfreich.
Alles in allem ein absolut zu empfehlendes kleines und feines Hotel.

The rooms were modern and clean. The location was good.

Cons:

We were staying on the 3rd floor. The floor above us is called the roof level. On the last night, there was an event there, and people were jumping around until 10:30 PM. The group continued to make a lot of noise afterward as well. In a small hotel like this, they should not have allowed something like that.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop. For coffee, the waiter has to go down four floors to get it and bring it back. A better system could have been put in place

Our request for a late check-out was rejected outright. They didn't even ask how many hours later we wanted to check out.

Delightful stay in Bari
Pros:

Perfect location in Bari! Modern and yet quaint

Cons:

Beds were hard and for whatever reason our A/C didn’t regulate and our room was 15c when I woke up freezing

Great hotel. We were upgraded ( no one told us!)

Cons:

Breakfast in the room . Not really meant for this as no table or chairs. Hopefully roof top restaurant will be fished and breakfast will be there.
