Pros:

Well kept property and a very friendly staff. Close to Sky Road shopping, Daejeon Underground mall, and tons of restaurants. Will definitely be staying again on my next trip to Daejeon.

가성비 굿
Pros:

전반적으로 가성비 좋음. 인테리어도 괜찮고 깨끗합니다. 번화가 근처라 이동하기도 좋고 다행히 조용하기도 합니다. 다만 1박 이상 묵을 때 하루마다 청소하고 그러진 않아요.

중앙로 근처라 지하철로 이동하기도 편하고, 성심당, 광천식당, 바로그집 같은 맛집들도 가까워서 도보로 다니기도 편해요

They are not even aware of my reservation by Expedia even thiugh I made it 3 minth ago.
I reserved non smoking room, but they provide me smoking room without any notice and agreement. Their soluthion was that give me Febrez.
Restroom floor was wet with ac drain water all the time.
I found many hairs from bath, bed and floor.
Toilet was stained or dirty with poop.
