Lugar calmo e com staff muito simpático.
Pros:

Essa é a segunda vez que fico com a minha família nesse hotel. Os quartos são bem espaçosos.
O espaço externo é muito bem cuidado e limpo, tem piscina e academia. O ambiente transmite paz e relaxamento.

Cons:

Poderia melhorar a limpeza, tinha uma barata quando acordamos na parede perto da nossa cama.

L hôtel est magnifique, jardin très mignon, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec beaucoup de charme! Un prix très correct pour la qualité et beauté de l hotel

Cons:

L hôtel est situé bien trop proche de mosquées donc appel à la prière tres fort des 3h30-4h du matin.

Pros:

Very good base to do any tours in the area, can book the Ijen tour with them easily. The room exceeded expectations we were pleasantly surprised, located next to Indomart and plenty of food with a good coffee shop 5 min walk, lastly, the staff were really kind and gave us treats they had made in the evening

Smaller-ish hotel, but beautiful, serene, and calm. Just like staying at a mini resort!
Pros:

We only stayed overnight prior to crossing to Gilimanuk/Bali so we just needed a place to sleep for the night and Ndalem Mataram was a good choice! The property is beautiful and well maintained, just like a small resort! Very serene and calm, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not far from Ketapang Ferry Terminal (port). There is a convenience store right across from the property and a few small restaurants as well.

Cons:

Nothing that we can think of.

Worst stay - will certainly never come back!

Cons:

Aircon didn't work! Toilet leaked, so the floor was wet! Pool was not clean! Restaurant was unfortunately only open for breakfast! It smelled very unpleasant in the room and in the bathroom! We also found leftovers on the floor from the previous guest! We had Balinese friends with us who were also horrified!

Beautiful Villa in Banyuwangi
Pros:

The facilities are amazingly beautiful and well maintained. Staff are exceptional and friendly. They helped us find some local cuisine and were checking in on us. Location is great and walking distance to shops, ATMs, Indomart is right opposite etc. They also have a half court for basketball, a swing and a friendly cat :)

Cons:

Some basic facilities such as soap, creamer, toilet roll etc will make short stays more comfortable for guests. Towels were old, worn and torn.

Pros:

Staff nya baik. Waktu disana sedang musim hujan. Sepatu basah sama sekali. Stahh menolong untuk menngeringkan selama 2 hari.

Cons:

Ketersediaan resto. Terlebih diwaktu tamu tidak bisa keluar untuk makan karena kendala hujan atau lainnya.
