Horrible
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

We got a room on the first floor which was looking horrible. The sheets had stains on them and we felt itching and bites over night. It was planned for 2 nights but we left early because we couldn't sleep there for 2 nights. Also, they offered us for the second night the nice room on the top on the exchange of a good review. I do not like fooling people how i was fooled by this big grade they had on booking.

Pros:

La ubicación y el lugar son excelentes: un apartamento muy espacioso y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Dispone de aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Se encuentra en la planta 17 de un edificio que alberga varios hoteles. El transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto es muy práctico y cómodo.

Cons:

Esperaría dos baños en un apartamento de dos habitaciones, pero por lo demás todo fue muy fácil.

Good hotel in Dushanbe with friendly staff and convenient location
Pros:

-Friendly, helpful staff member who helped arrange tours to Lake Iskanderkul and Hisor Fortress.
-Good breakfast buffet selection.
-Great location in the CBD of the city, close to sightseeing attractions.
-Comfortable bed.

Cons:

-Wifi wasn't great in the bedroom - the TV kept cutting off due to the poor internet connection and I needed to sit by the door to get good wifi.
-Needed to ask for fresh new towels (other hotels change towels automatically while you are out).

Don’t recommend
Pros:

The only thing was good - reception guy allowed to cancel my stay at the day of my arrival after i saw the room.

Cons:

The description on Fb and reality is very big.
Balcony - with air/co box - dangerous located. I injured myself.
Panorama on the construction in front.
Nobody taxi aware about the hotel,
No sign outside of the building that it is a panorama hotel…

Pricewise - it is absolutely not relevant.

اقمنا 4 ليال في هذا الفندق الجميل .

تقريبا كل شي كان مذهل موقع المكان قريب من الأسواق والأماكن..و تعامل الموظف الي في الاستقبال كان ممتاز .
مع توفير تاكسي مجانا من المطار الي الفندق

Cons:

الفندق بشكل عام جيد من حيث الموقع والخدمة، لكن ما لم يعجبني هو موضوع تنظيف الغرفة. وضعنا علامة تنظيف الغرفة منذ الساعة 8 صباحًا وخرجنا، وعند عودتنا الساعة 5 مساءً لم يتم تنظيفها. بعد التواصل مع الاستقبال تجاوبوا بسرعة وطلبوا التنظيف وتم الأمر، لكن كان من الأفضل أن تتم الخدمة بشكل تلقائي دون الحاجة للتذكير.”

Comfortable hotel in the center
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel located on the 17th floor of a big hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much and we were very happy to select particularly this hotel. We actually stayed twice in the hotel, at the beginning and the end of our TJ holidays. By the way this was our best accommodation in TJ no matter the price.

We got a large family room with two separate rooms and a bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the floor 17 is of course nice. The location is perfectly in the center within easy walking distance. Within 5 minutes walk you can also find a bank to exchange money, a phone shop to buy a local SIM card and some nice restaurants (Citis Usta 2, Alove).

The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport, we used it and it worked perfectly. Thanks. It's always nice to have an easy start...
