Room is very clean and tasty breakfast! The staff is extremely friendly and provided all supports we need.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko do głównych atrakcji. Hotel jest w bocznej uliczce, więc w nocy jest dość cicho. Oczywiście, trzeba się nastawić na wzywanie do modlitw przez muezina nad ranem i w ciągu dnia, ale to normalne w muzułmańskim kraju. Śniadania w porządku. Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Możemy z czystym sercem polecić.

Gazda hotelului, domnul Adem a fost foarte prietenoasa si ne-a oferit indicatii despre zona si despre drumul de plecare, cand plecati nu folositi GPS-ul, ascultati de indicatiile lui.
Si un plus foarte mare, pentru romani, este si vorbitor de limba romana, ceea ce este de foarte mare ajutor.
Cu siguranta este o locatie la care ma voi intoarce cand voi vizita Istanbulul.

Sehr Gastfreundliches Personal mit dem man sich austauschen kann und gute Tipps bekommt, alles ist sehr sehr sauber und ordentlich, Frühstück ist gut immer frisch, die Lage ist super nicht zu nah am Zentrum, dadurch gibt viele günstige Läden in der Nähe und man sieht wie die eigentliche Bevölkerung wohnt, Straßenbahn 10 min Fußweg, sehr sicher auch wenn es nicht den Eindruck macht da nebenan gleich eine Kirche von der Polizei Tag und Nacht geschützt wird

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

First of all, the cleanliness was outstanding. The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of hygiene throughout—everything was spotless at all times, from the rooms to the common areas. This immediately made us feel very comfortable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the very first moment. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and throughout our stay, help was always offered proactively in every situation. This level of attentiveness made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

The location is also excellent. The hotel is very easy to find and conveniently situated, with train stations and local shops all within close proximity, making it ideal for exploring the area.

A special mention goes to the owner, Adam, who is an exceptionally kind and helpful person. He supported us whenever needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

We also really appreciated the hotel’s flexibility and care when it came to dietary needs. Two members of our family require gluten-free food, and after we mentioned this, the staff made sure to provide gluten-free bread at breakfast the very next morning. This level of thoughtfulness is not something you find everywhere and truly stood out to us.

Speaking of breakfast—it was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of fresh Turkish specialties, all prepared with great care and presented in a very clean and hygienic manner. We would also like to highlight the lovely lady who prepared and served the breakfast every morning—she was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Room service was consistent and reliable, everything worked smoothly, and there was honestly nothing we could complain about during our stay.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Я в восторге от отеля, от хозяина , от вкусных завтраков, от чистоты и тишины!!! Отель после ремонта, все чистенько, комфортно для проживания! Хозяин отзывчивый, добрый и очень приятный человек, русским языком владеет на отлично, что сильно облегчало общение! Рекомендую всем этот отель!

Ожидание/реальность оправдались. Номер чистый, все новое, отличная кровать с хорошим матрасом, ничего не скрепит. Напор воды сильный. Завтраки понравились, салатики очень вкусные. Улица тихая, только с утра муэдзин, провозглашает призыв к ежедневной молитвы с минарета, но это не напрягало. Хозяин приветливый и гостеприимный, знает русский и можно обратится с любым вопросом. Ближайшие остановки метро, автобусов, трамваев в пределах 15 минут ходьбы неспешным шагом. От аэропорта легко добраться на метро. Рядом улица с кафешками, столовыми, много магазинов оптовой и розничной торговли. Если приедем еще раз, то только в этот отель.

This hotel is a little gem in Istanbul. All the sights are close by, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The host is an exceptional person who will help you with anything you ask. If I could go back to Istanbul again, I would definitely not look for another place to stay! I would go when there is a room available at the Ramparts. Thank you very much for everything!

Enough large, very clean, a good tasty breakfast, well equipped, a very nice and roomy toilet and shover, a very polite hotel warden as well as a breakfast lady.

staff were so incredibly friendly and helped with absolutely everything we needed. location was incredible, right next door to the Armenian Patriarchate which is open to the public to view. the location was awesome because it was the less touristy part of Fatih and there were authentic turkish food stores so close by! facilities were super clean!
