Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10
Pros:

Wir haben es geliebt🩷
Die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage, ist grade mal 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und bietet alles was man braucht. Alles ist super sauber und das Personal ist so unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit sodass wir uns mehr als wohl gefühlt haben. Sogar nachts ist durchgehend Security da. Wir möchten uns ganz besonders bei Pia, Leo und Angga bedanken. Sie haben uns bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen und jederzeit ihr bestes gegeben damit wir eine gute Zeit haben. Uns hat es so gut gefallen dass wir ganze 1,5 Wochen verlängert haben obwohl wir eigentlich nochmal in eine andere Unterkunft wollten. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter!

Alles!!!! Het was een geweldig verblijf. Zelfs een eigen watertap op de kamer!! Super rustig zwembad, waren bijna altijd de enige. Heel vriendelijk personeel!

Best place to stay in Lombok. My friend and I both had our own apartments. The staff are amazing, the location is perfect. Can’t ask for any more tbh.

La localización es genial , está muy limpio y PIA es atenta , encantadora además de amable .

Cons:

Quizás diría que la recepción esté delante de la piscina y que estén los trabajadores ahí lo hace súper incómodo y no te dan ganas de usar ese espacio .

From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel like family. Pia (Guest Relations) is simply one of a kind. Warm, attentive, and always two steps ahead of anything you could possibly need. She went above and beyond in every interaction and is the kind of person who truly elevates a hospitality experience.

Leo at Reception was a delight from check-in to check-out. Professional, friendly, and always smiling. He made every little request feel completely effortless and handled everything with impressive efficiency.

Angga from Housekeeping deserves a special mention as well. The room was immaculate every single day, with that extra touch of care that shows real pride in the job. It's the kind of attention to detail that makes all the difference.

And Melian, the security guy at nights, made us feel completely safe and welcome throughout our stay. Always present, always courteous, and always with a kind smile.

This team is exceptional. If you're choosing where to stay, look no further, you're in the best hands possible. We'll absolutely be back. Highly, highly recommended!

Pros:

Perfect fot solo travel girls and couples. The room was small but cozy and have absolutelly everything i could imagine. Best accomodation by far in Kuta close to main road. But far enough surronded local houses and jungle for peace. LOVE IT! Everything manavable by feet from that place.

Haven of peace
Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room is very clean, the staff great and always friendly (whether day or night staff). The pool and the relaxation area is pleasant. Very quiet place a stone's throw from the centre. Thank you so much !

Excellent séjour dans un beau studio
Pros:

Super petit studio, très proche du centre ville mais très calme pour autant avec la possibilité de se rafraîchir dans la petite piscine. La fontaine à eau et la grande smart tv dans la chambre sont des vrais plus. Le personnel toujours très sympathique et accueillant.
