Pros:

Nice small apartment.
Everything works well.
Good airco. Nice pool. Nice staff: ari, angga en zul.

Cons:

Kitchen has just 1 stove on electricity. Which makes cooking a bit difficult. Also when there is no electricity. That happened twice in 3 days time.

Totally worth it
Pros:

The staff is so kind and willing to help, there is a little space inside for motorbikes, everything was very clean and on point

Cons:

You need to drive a scooter otherwise is a bit far from main road. The access is full of mud and water so can’t do it walking and even in scooter you need to be a bit skillet to drive through :)

Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr gut aufgeteilt. Mit küche, Badezimmer, Kleiderablage, TV, alles da was man braucht.
Auch haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da es nachts einen Security Mann gab. Er war super freundlich.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Stuhl zum Essen.

Кроме дружелюбного персонала в этом объекте к сожалению не было ничего хорошего

Cons:

Жуткий запах канализации из туалета во всем номере, все постельное белье в желтых пятнах, грязно, за стеной работает шумный генератор мешающий спать. Еле пережили ночь и убежали.

Good value for money
Pros:

The villa is very good for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a nice and practical place to stay.

The pool is okay, but because of its location next to the reception and the entrance area, it’s not very private and not very usable for relaxing.

I would like to thank Nada, and Ari for being very kind and helpful during my stay. They were always attentive and assisted me with everything I needed. I even continued renting the motorbike with them when I moved to another villa, and they made everything very easy.

A good option if you’re looking for comfort and good value.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla via principale di Kuta, struttura ben tenuta e silenziosa.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che lo staff ti chiede, prima di lasciare la struttura, di lasciare un feedback positivo quando si fa la recensione. Penso che la recensione si lascia, valutando obbiettivamente la nostra esperienza, non facendo favori.

Great stay in the middle of Kuta and yet away from all the noise and rush of the city. Recommend to stay!

Pros:

Está bastante cerca del centro, la primera vez que fuimos nos costó un poco encontrarlo pero en el momento que sabes dónde está no tiene pérdida ninguna. Son casitas individuales, nosotros nos alojamos en una con dos camas dobles, muy espaciosa pero la mejor es la número 8 que es la que está justo frente a la piscina, la próxima vez elegiré esa. El personal es súper amable y en cuanto llegamos nos consiguió una moto a buen precio.

Nada, todo muy limpio y todos amables

Pros:

The rooms are nice and extremely clean and the location is away from the Main Street traffic, but still within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars of central Kuta.
Cinta, the receptionist, was very nice and always ready to help as well as the rest of the staff.
