Pros:

Gutes Buffet, gutes Schwimmbad, coole Suite mit massig Platz.

Cons:

Zweimaliger Feuerfehlalarm in der Nacht. Keine Kompensation bzw. Wiedergutmachung.
Dazu wurde im Vorfeld deren Buchubgssystem gehackt und meine Adressdaten und Telefonnummer sind abgeflossen. Ich wurde sogar zweimal durch einen Scammer kontaktiert.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Gastronomiepersonal, wirklich wunderbare Menschen! Fantastische Spielecke im Restaurant mit nachhaltigem Spielzeug, Schwimmbad, leckeres Essen, gute Zimmergröße

Cons:

Toiletten im Zimmer mit dem Vorhang, sehr starker Luftzug, der sehr laut war und sehr kalten Luft ins Zimmer brachte, mit Baby im Zimmer ist das sehr unpassend.

Die Sauna und der Badebereich sowie die Lage.

Cons:

Für die Auslösung des Feuermelder in der Nacht, sogar 2 x mussten alle raus in die Kälte...sicher kein geplantes Ereignis...aber wie das Management damit umgeht,geht auch anders....ein Aufsteller im Erdgeschoss mit der Erklärung des Grundes der Auslösung. Andere Häuser lassen sich für Ihre Gäste etwas einfallen...bei Abreise tat man ganz erstaunt,dass die Nacht nicht erholsam war und tat dies dann ab...wenn man keine ehrliche Antwort hören will,sollte man nicht fragen. Schließlich bekam man statt gut bezahlter Erholung eine schlaflose Nacht!

Pros:

Gute Lage, schönes Interieur, sehr freundliches Personal. Für unseren Hund war gut vorgesorgt.
Frühstück ganz prima , schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Hätten uns Wasserkocher im Zimmer gewünscht für einen Tee.
Die Getränkepreise fanden wir überzogen, trotz 4 Sterne.
Der Spabereich hat uns nicht überzeugt, Wellnessangebot eher zu wenig. Verspricht in der Beschreibung mehr.
Die Parksituation ist schlecht, da die naheliegenden Parkhäuser eine zu geringe Einfahrtshöhe haben.
