Man will im Urlaub vor allem gut schlafen. Das war uns durch die Wärme und schlechter Steppdecke unm

Steppdecken Kassetten, Füllung nur Klumpen, sehr unangenehm und viel zu warm.

Das Buffet die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und die Rezeption die Leute sehr freundlich

Cons:

Das es nur 2 tetra Pak Wasser auf dem Zimmer gab nicht mal ein Wasserkocher und das dann für 500+euro bisschen viel

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super, eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen, teilweise auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Das Personal war immer freundlich, der Service fantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist ideal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Nicht zu vergessen, der hauseigene Bade- und Wellnessbereich. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel in super Lage.

Der ideale Start, um vom Hotel auf Kreuzfahrt zu gehen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet, und jeder hat etwas gefunden.

Cons:

Die Suiten könnten vielleicht doch ein Upgrade vertragen, wie zum Beispiel einen Kühlschrank und eine Klimaanlage, da es bei warmen Temperaturen doch sehr warm wird im Zimmer.

Wir waren 6 Frauen haben 1 Nacht überbrückt um am nächsten Tag mit Mein Schiff nach Danzig und Bornholm zu shippern.Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war es super

Cons:

Unter der Schieber zum bad wurde nicht gesaugt es lagen noch Reste im Eingang bei vor dem aufzug funktionierte der desinfektionsspender nicht wurde auch nicht repariert trotz Aufforderung
