Pros:

Poor quality hotel, no ventilation in room.. no exhaust in washroom, no geyser in washrooms , every time you have ask hotel staff for opening hot water, mostly landline won’t work. Room are not clean

Cons:

This place is a scam. I have traveled many years and have alway relied on bookings.com's ratings without problems. This place is NOT an 8.2! They are gaming the system. It is a halve abandoned building with very dirty rooms. Corridors are blocked of with matresses and dirty laundry.

Our initial room was very dirty with dirty linnen and did not resemble anyting on there photos. After complaining they gave us the "booking.com" room, but there was no hot water for the first day. There was open electric wires in the room and bathroom.

There is no pride in this establishment. Do not waste you time and money here

Poco sotto la sufficienza
Pros:

Buona la posizione, tranquilla e raggiungibile dai taxi/ tuktuk. Assolutamente da rivedere la struttura. Consigliato per una o due notti massimo e se si sta poco in hotel.

Cons:

Camera fornita con lenzuola sporche di peli e piccoli insetti sul materasso. L'hotel sembrava mezzo abbandonato, alcuni corridoi erano chiusi da materassi usati come porte, e molte zone erano veramente buie e inquietanti. Tante camere e tanto rumore fino all'una / due di notte, sembrava un hotel mischiato con un condominio. Lo staff parla poco inglese e non è gentilissimo. In bagno al momento del check in non era presente carta igienica e nella tazza del water era presente il regalino di qualcun'altro.

Great location and very good staff!
Pros:

The location was amazing, walking distance from all interesting sites. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Best staff ever. Sailendra, Deepu and other are extremely good

Service was really good. Sailendra, Deepu and other staff remembers are so good you can imagine. They will go to any extend to help and make customer happy. Thanks for all your help.
