Really nice two-star hotel in the centre of Venice
Pros:

The staff were super nice and helpful. The Position is very convenient especially if you arrive by train.
The mattress was really comfortable and the room was spotless.
The view was on a beautiful square

Cons:

There isn’t much sound proofing inside the building so you can hear noise from the other rooms and from people in the corridor, but overall it wasn’t too bad.

Lokalizacja ok 35 minut piechotą do placu Św.Marka to wspaniała okazja do zwiedzania uliczek Wenecji . Śniadanie urozmaicone i wybór dla każdego . Pokoje ładne, czyste i wygodne . Cisza i spokój . Super obsługa w recepcji .

Hotel fica a menos de 10min da estaçao de trem Santa Lucia em Veneza., o que facilita bastante o deslocamento a pé com as malas.. Fica a cerca de 1,5 km a pé da Ponte di Rialto e da Praça de São Marcos.
Na rua do hotel tem muitos restaurantes, gelaterias e lojinhas de presentes, além do acesso direto a lanchas e outras embarcaçoes para deslocamentos em Veneza e para suas ilhas.
Ficamos numa suite recentemente reformada no terceiro andar, com todo o conforto. Não tem elevador, mas um funcionário gentil subiu e desceu com as nossas malas.
A equipe toda muito gentil.
Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso.
Recomendo, com certeza.

The perfect location for a stay in Venice close to the main train station
Pros:

A lovely independent hotel tucked away in a residential courtyard - perfect for anyone arriving/departing by train as it's a flat, 10-minute walk to the station! Quiet location, away from the bustle of tourists but convenient for exploring the city by water-bus or walking. Storage for luggage provided as we arrived early. Very friendly, helpful reception staff who provided answers to all our questions about exploring the city and recommending/booking place to eat in the evening. Highly recommended for a stay in Venice.
