The Property was on very nice location near the Sea & Morning Views was so much nice

Cons:

Only the Electronic items was not working just like a Refrigerator and one more thing there is not allowed the non veg Item to take in Hotel so please allow the non veg Item also

A cozy and convenient home stay type accomodation
Pros:

The location is excellent, right opposite the beach, with a good view of the beach.
It's like a homestay with just four guest bedrooms,a common kitchen with utensils and a common hall, peaceful.
Ample open space in the front for car parking and in the courtyard of the house.
Pets are allowed.
Caretaker Mangesh is cooperative.
Lot of eateries in the vicinity
Very reasonably priced compared to other properties

Cons:

Quality of bedsheets, pillows, towels was substandard. They were not clean also. Good that we had carried our own items.
Bathroom fittings are not in good condition.

Pros:

Good value and on the seafront (as it's name implies). Close to the town's main group of restaurants. Pretty basic but it's very cheap. Air con and ceiling fan work fine.

Cons:

No bin in room. Staff managed to lock me in twice. No English spoken. Very thin mattress.

Cons:

Not a good palce where you can feel had great time there. The aesthetic of room was not good. Fan was rusted. No one asked for a bottle of water. Not a palce where u can have good restaurant nearby . All so so. Only good is sea beach is just in front. That's only a point to feel good.

We decided to not stay here given the way the overall hygiene and unclean the space was

The property is nothing like what it looks in the images on booking.com. though the description showed a 4BKH villa it was not even a proper house, the living room was converted into a reception which is called out as living room on the website.

Nice comfortable stay, will certainly recommend
Pros:

Located just opposite to the Murud beach, literally a 2 min walk.
About the property, if you are looking for luxury this property may not be for you.

I travelled with my wife and six year old kid for one night.

Pros
1) Clean room with a double bed.
2) Wifi available with good speed
3) Clean attached washroom with hot water availability
4) Location is cool. Not noisy, yet close to beach and market.
5) Private Car parking available free.
