Bardzo mieszane uczucia. Może trafiliśmy pechowo.

Ładny, zadbany teren. Zagroda ze zwierzętami, możliwość karmienia i sala zabaw (małpi gaj). Bardzo dobra kuchnia - zarówno śniadania, jak i potrawy zamawiane z karty.

Cons:

Pokój czasy świetności miał już za soba, popękane ściany, maleńki telewizor, brak okna w sypialni. Brak łóżeczka dla dziecka, które zamawialiśmy. Brak pościeli na dostawce dla starszego dziecka… o wszystko trzeba było się upominać. W nocy dźwięki imprezy firmowej do 4 wybudzały dzieci i uniemożliwiały wypoczynek. Po wielu prośbach zmieniono nam pokój na następną noc, żeby uniknąć hałasu kolejnej imprezy …
Sala zabaw właściwie bez zabawek nadających się do bezpiecznej zabawy. Wszystkie zniszczone lub z brakującymi elementami. Basen bez atrakcji dla dzieci i mały jak na tak duży obiekt.

Okropne miejsce. Duże rozczarowanie – marketing „premium”, a w praktyce chaos, tłok i niski standard

Skrajne przepełnienie i hałas, bardziej „ludzkie zoo” niż miejsce wypoczynku. Chaos na śniadaniach (kolejki jak na festynie, brak miejsc), bardzo słaba obsługa (uszczerbiony kieliszek, źle podane danie i kuriozalna próba „naprawy” przy stoliku). Jedzenie przeciętne. Strefa wellness przeładowana do granic, brak jakiegokolwiek komfortu. Pokój tylko ładny wizualnie: niewygodne łóżko, głośna klimatyzacja, w nocy uciążliwe odgłosy instalacji. Dodatkowo poważne zastrzeżenia co do dobrostanu zwierząt i brak reakcji personelu na zgłoszenie.

Bardzo fajny i przyjemny hotel. Pokoje są czyste i duże. Bardzo smakowały nam śniadania i kolacje – wszystko było pyszne. Jest dużo atrakcji dla dziecka i super ciepły basen. Ogólnie bardzo nam się podobało.

Cons:

W pokoju nie ma gdzie wysuszyć rzeczy po basenie (nawet w łazience brakuje grzejnika na ręczniki). W nocy było też słychać muzykę, przez co trudno było zasnąć.

Bardzo szeroki wybór podczas śniadania. Dystrybutory z wodą na korytarzu i karafka w pokoju. Mini lodówka w pokoju. W obiekcie jest siłownia, basen i kręgielnia.

Grzejnik w łazience nie działał - technik przyniósł mi grzejnik olejowy, bo inaczej w łazience było za zimno. Tłum na basenie. Brak informacji na dzień dobry o łączniku podziemnym między budynkami. Odnalezienie pokoju było dość problematyczne. W łazience, w kabinie prysznicowej, odchodziła farba.
