Muy bonito lugar, muy mejorable gestión.
Pros:

Muy bonita decoración, ambiente musical agradable, espacios abiertos, muchas vegetación. Dispone de dispensadores de agua, café, frutas, etc como cortesía.

Cons:

Nos tocó una habitación en la parte alta, muy calurosa, tenían el aire acondicionado apagado, la única ventana da a una zona común y abrir la ventana supondría la pérdida total de intimidad aparte de no poder dormir con la iluminación del balcón (que no se puede apagar). No habia agua caliente. El señor de recepción, muy parco en palabras, poco hospitalario e indumentaria inapropiada para su trabajo.

Bonito lugar a precio razonable.
Pros:

El conjunto de las instalaciones es muy bonito, en lo que supongo una antigua hacienda. Enhorabuena por la elección y conservación de materiales.

Cons:

El entorno y ubicación desmerecen bastante por la falta de atractivo de la arquitectura popular de la zona.

It's a beautiful hotel and it looked as on the pictures. Staff were nice and helpful.
It was very nice to have a coffee corner which also had some plates and cutlery.
The restaurant below was actually very good.
Also there is a playground for children nearby.

Cons:

On a day of our arrival there was a party a the hotel. They informed us in advance (which was good) but we did not expect that the party will be so loud. So the thing to improve would be to have some policies for such cases, like how loud can be music after late hours.
Besides the party the place was very quiet and peaceful, we really liked it.

No es la primera vez que me alojo, y ya es mi hotel preferido de toda la isla!!!!
El personal no puede ser más amable, ( Nico, Afra),están atentos a todo, pendientes de tu comodidad, que no te falte de nada.
Las habitaciones son impresionantes, el hotel precioso…
De verdad que solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento.

Hôtel vraiment magnifique. La chambre, les communs, le restaurant est excellent

Cons:

La situation : littéralement sur l’autoroute d’où l’impossibilité de se promener autour et surtout le bruit incessant durant la nuit. Prendre des bouchons d’oreilles est absolument indispensable.
De plus à notre grande surprise la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée ni les serviettes remplacées sans prévenir
