Cadre charmant et soigné mais séjour perturbé pas conditions météo

Le cadre est charmant et soigné

Cons:

Un peu proche de la voie rapide mais assez bien insonorisé. Circonstances exceptionnelles d’une tempête qui a inondé notre chambre et rendu la salle de bain impraticable. Peu de réactivité de la direction mais personnel charmant diligent et compatissant compte tenu des circonstances difficiles. Aucun geste commercial proposé (petit déjeuner par exemple) qui aurait été apprécié après une nuit mouvementée !

Nice place , but not exactly as expected
Pros:

The hotel is part of an old house , typical canarian style . Well decorated with typical furniture, just like in the pictures . The patio area and the terrace are great , allowing to relax in the sun and enjoy the sea view . We didn’t try the swimming pool . Parking was available as mentioned 400 m from the hotel . Breakfast options and dinner are available at the restaurant just next to the hotel , Nativo , that is quite good , however found the breakfast overpriced .

Cons:

The location of the hotel is really next to the highway exit . The rooms are small and missing space for our big luggage , we had to improvise . You could hear the neighbours showering , the discussions at the reception (as our room was close to it ) , no privacy as our only window faced the patio .

Un chouette concept mais des choses à améliorer, en particulier pour accueillir une famille.
Pros:

Hôtel très beau une fois à l'intérieur, personnel aux petits soins, petit havre de paix.

Cons:

Gros bémol sur l'accessibilité, en particulier avec des enfants en bas âge. Parking à 100m au bord de l'autoroute, il faut longer l'autoroute sur un chemin escarpé pour arriver à l'hôtel.
Idem pour accéder à la chambre familiale, encore des escaliers donc si poussette ou grosse valise, c'est là aussi pénible.
La terrasse et piscine privative mériteraient d'être fermées, les gens qui passent dans le couloir en revenant de la piscine commune plongent dessus.

Pros:

Hotel di charme in classico stile canario molto soddisfacente, bello il gusto e l'arredamento. Camere sufficientemente spaziose. Molto apprezzato l'angolo bar dove ci sono biscotti, croissant, frutta e bevande calde disponibili a tutte le ore.

Cons:

L'hotel di per se stesso non avrebbe nulla da dire sulle camere, la pulizia e l'accoglienza. Unico neo e solo quello, il rumore delle auto che transitano perché si affaccia su un raccordo stradale. A parte questo neo, il resto è tutto positivo.

Hezký hotel ale na VELMI HLUČNÉM MÍSTĚ bez snídaní a bez teplé vody.
Pros:

Hotel má pěknou architekturu a vybavení. A to je vše o mohu pochválit.

Cons:

Hotel inzeruje bohaté snídaně - snídaně nebyly. Bylo možní si zajít do blízké restaurace - zde trvalo objednání a přinesení snídaně celkem 30 minut. Vybral jsem si nejdražší pokoj s představou, že pokoj bude klidný. Opak byl pravdou . okna tohoto nejlepšího pokoje byla situována přímo k dálnici. Manželka říkala, že máme pokoj na autodromu. V pokoji netekla teplá voda. Po dvou bezesných nocích jsme se odstěhovali a to i za cenu, že mně zřejmě nikdo nevrátí platbu za neuskutečnění sliby. Michal
