This is a fantastic property in San Jose. Old houses combined into one with green spaces and unique de decor. Breakfast is fabulous in a nice terrace. Friendly staff. Our room was big and overlooking a private garden.
Quirky. Great breakfast and restaurant. Interesting vibe.
No kettle in the room. No window to the outside and thin walls. Quite noisy when the wind blew. Very good for a short stay.
Super Frühstück, gute Lage, schöne, landestypische Dekoration
Fernseher nicht nutzbar, Tresor hatte keinen Schlüssel,

Love the gardens and staff was amazing and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. We love this place ❤️

Quirky, unique, great atmosphere, great breakfast, lovely staff, garden breakfast room
Windows above doors let in light overnight, suggest a sleep mask to aid sleep. A little noisy early mornings (from 5am)
Breakfast was amazing! The outdoor spaces and the atmosphere was enchanting!
A lot of noise could be heard from the room.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choice with very good omelets made to order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fine. We could walk to the gold museum.
Our room, number 10, was very small. The bathroom was tiny. The drain in the shower did not work properly so you were standing in 3 inches of water. Other than that, the room was clean. We told the front desk about the shower and they did have someone look at it, but it still did not drain. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is an interesting conglomeration of buildings that connect and while it looks attractive with garden plantings it also looks very old and tired and needs updating. Photos look better than reality.
That it had late check-in as our flight landed 11:30 pm. The employee at the reception was very kind.
Nothing
Beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious
Nothing
Desayuno fantástico!
The building is beautiful, the location is amazing.
The daytime receptionist was flamboyant, rude and not helpful. (Though all the other staff were incredibly nice.) Also, it's an older, wooden building, guests should be told about this and asked to be more respectful in terms of noise and music.
