Los trabajadores de la recepción, algunos amables, otros hablan muy poco inglés y era difícil comunicarse. Limpiaban todos los días la habitación y hay una lavadora para utilizar con monedas.

Amazing hotel in Ueno
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, exactly as described. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and didn’t mind my lack of Japanese.
Would highly recommend this as a place to stay when you first get to Japan. Ueno has amazing restaurants and eateries, the Family Mart (7/11) around the corner has everything you need, overall very happy I booked this hotel.
Will definitely be back

Pros:

Location location! This hotel is in an amazing spot, close to the market Streets of Ueno and the station. The on-site onsen was wonderful as well

Cons:

Very small rooms, rooms appear quite old and worn out, in desperate need of a refurbishment. This didn't detract much from our stay, though, as the location and price were unbeatable.
