地點佳，性價比好的古老飯店
Pros:

住過好多次，地點好，性價比高，還有大浴場。有日式房，如果不介意，這房型房間會大一些。

Cons:

這次遇到其他留言中的WiFi不好問題，幾乎收不到訊號，而且連手機的訊號也挺差的，除了Docomo，其他電信的訊號都挺差的。住了好幾次，就這次遇到了WiFi有問題的房間，房間是304⋯

Great Location, Public Bath, and Amazing Staff
Pros:

This is my second time staying here, I always check this place when I visit Tokyo, but it's often fully booked. This place has everything you need, a perfect location, easy transport, and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. One of my favorite features is the public bath. Although it is quite small, it’s rarely crowded. I often found it empty during the late night or early morning hours, which was very relaxing.

Most importantly, the staff are wonderful, they are incredibly kind, lovely, and always helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and convenient stay.

Great location, cold room.
Pros:

I liked the onsen in the basement, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I accidentally booked a smoking room so I did not enjoy having the smell of smoke in my room. It also took me a very long time to figure out how to close the window that was wide open upon arrival. My room was cold the whole time as there was no heating. I ordered the breakfast but there wasn’t much I wanted to eat on the tray. I don’t recommend. Lastly, the water sounds of the toilet were incredibly loud and I could not figure out how to turn it off or down.

安いから仕方ない、とも言い切りたくない。

駅から近く利便性は良い。

Cons:

私が間違って喫煙可のお部屋を予約してしまったのがいけなかった点ではありますが、部屋に入った途端、タバコの匂いが充満していました。窓も開けられず、困り果て、フロントに連絡。部屋にきてくださったスタッフさんも、匂いが酷すぎることには驚いた様子でした。空気清浄機を貸してもらったり、部屋の換気をしてくださったりというスタッフの対応は評価できますが、あの匂いには閉口しました。
帰宅して荷解きしたら、タバコの匂いが衣類から漂うほどでした。
残念な宿でした。
