Pros:

Compared to most of the more "business hotel" chains like APA Hotel, the rooms are a fair bit larger (for a similar if not lower price)! I was also surprised that there is a public bath in the basement, in case you enjoy that.

Cons:

Honestly there isn't much to complain about, the building itself looks a little old and the corridors a bit empty but the upsides are clearly worth it.

コンビニが近いのも良かった。
チェックアウト時間12:00なのもゆっくりできて良かった。

上野駅に近いので、動き回るのにとても便利。

上野駅から近い。
いつでも、ロービーにお茶の用意がある。
部屋に冷蔵庫もある。
浴衣の型が、帯なしで留められるので良い。
日本式のお膳の朝食も良かった。

Cons:

露天風呂がないのが残念。でも地下でも浴場があるだけ、やっぱり有難い。

If you travel with a family, then this hotel will not be a good choice because the room is very small.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of eateries downstairs and nearby, and it’s also vey close to Ueno station. The staffs are nice.
