Mi-a plăcut locația unde este situat hotelul.Poti merge pe jos către centru și spre atracțiile turistice cum ar fi Moscheea albastra, Grand bazar,chiar și pana pe faleza Bosforului.Asta dacă nu ai probleme cu mersul pe jos 😊.Dar sunt și mijloacele de transport aproape de hotel.Eu am.preferat sa merg pe jos!
La micul dejun,nu este un meniu variat precum se specifica în descrierea hotelului,,cat am stat o săptămână am avut același meniu,nu foarte multe de ales,ca sa ai din ce manca.La fructe a fost doar pepene.Pe de alta parte nu mi-a plăcut ca se umbla prin camere, de ex: intr-o și când fiica mea a preferat sa stea în camera pana mai pe seara, 2 bărbați au verificat camerele,au deschis ușile iar când fiica mea i-a văzut au spus doar ok.Nu am înțeles care e treaba cu verificatul camerelor.Si nu mi se pare normal.Asta a fost cam ce nu mi-a placut!
Just good location, breakfast was ok. nothing else is good in it
Booked a triple room and got a tiny place with three beds placed tightly without a minimum place for walking. Everything was so cheap/outdated even the doors couldn’t be looked properly.
Отель хоть и уставший, но в целом все прошло хорошо. Не помешало бы сделать косметический ремонт в номерах. Завтрак хороший. Все сытно и вкусно. В номере убирались каждый день. Рядом автобусные остановки, метро и трамвай в 7 минутной длступности.
Расположение. Расположен как будто бы в гетто фатиха. Грязные улицы.
Так как наш автобус опоздал я думала будет уже закрыто, я должна была приехать в 21:15 но приехала к 5 часов другого дня, меня ждали, очень приятно было, в номере чисто.в следующий раз снова поеду туда.
Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The bedsheets were not changed at all during the 4 days we stayed, which was disappointing. Also, the staff were not welcoming or friendly; their attitude felt very serious and unapproachable, making the atmosphere uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations.
What I didn’t like about the property was the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest service. The bedsheets were not changed during our entire 4-day stay, which was unacceptable. The staff also seemed unfriendly and not welcoming; their attitude felt too strict and made the environment feel uncomfortable. The overall level of hospitality was below what we expected.
