Pros:

Eine hervorragende Ausgangslage für Wanderungen im Schwarzwald.
Die Restaurantküche ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte gerne auch zum Ende hin noch etwas nachgelegt werden, das wäre schön!

Warm hospitality and a charming countryside setting
Pros:

Super base for a visit to the Black Forest. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the restaurant food is excellent. Good safe parking and the breakfast is wonderful. Located right in the centre of a lovely village and surrounded by stunning scenery.

Pros:

Sehr gut und sauber geführter schöner alter Gasthof! Ich hatte ein kleines Einzelzimmer mit Tisch, Bett und Schrank und Fenster ins Dorf, konnte trotz Wärme ruhig bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen. Das kleine Badezimmer war sehr sauber und für mich alles vollkommend ausreichend. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse ist auch empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sehr groß mit großem Balkon. Mit dem PKW waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Wetter wir hatten 38-40 Grad.

The location was nice, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot during our stay. When I asked about opening the windows, I was told that insects could get in, so we eventually had to open the window slightly because the heat made it very difficult to sleep.

The next morning, my son had several mosquito bites. I politely asked the staff if there was anything they could do to help, such as providing a fan, better ventilation, or something to keep the mosquitoes away, but unfortunately, there was not much assistance.

As a result, we decided to leave early, even though we had already paid for the remaining nights and could not get a refund. It was disappointing, especially because we were hoping to have a pleasant stay.
