La limpieza, a simple vista se ve limpió pero de bajo de las camas había mucho polvo y en la regadera si les recomendaría hacer limpieza más profunda

Que no habia toallas en el cuarto, pedimos las toallas y solo nos dieron dos cuando eramos cuatro, y una agujerada, llegamos en la noche, porque nosotros fuimos a una boda a Tlaxcala, hicimos check-inn, a las once y media de la noche!! Sin luz el estacionamiento, no se veía absolutamente nada, y cuando le dijimos a la persona que porque no prendían la luz dijo que era por ahorrar, mal el servicio, nada les costaba prender las luces mientras nos estacionabamos, era una cueva de lobo. Además la aplicación ofrece el hospedaje con desayuno, y el encargado nos dijo que por el precio no incluía. Y claro que la aplicación lo ofrece con desayuno incluido, nosotros teniamos el desayuno de la boda, si no, hubiéramos gastado, por eso elegí ese hotel, tenía muy buenas referencias, pero a nosotros no nos fue también, he reservado a través de Booking, varias ocasiones, en Pachuca, playa del Carmen, Cancún, en todos nos fue muy bien y este hotel a sido el menos bueno.
