Hotel Privilln

The staff of hotel was very supportive, even i check in early and they support me in this also. Hotel is also budget friendly and the cleanliness was too good compared to others.

There was nothing to like. Room was too small. No space to move around anywhere let alone keep luggage. Cockroaches everywhere.

Also you are not allowed to use geyser and AC simultaneously. You can either choose to get hot water or get a cool room. The receptionist is very rude and will not keep certain facilities turned off so that you can't access them. Only once you turn off the geyser and let the rude receptionist know, he'll let you turn on the AC. They use switches near the reception area to control your room AC and geyser. Also they don't mention these things prior, so that you pay for the room and then realise these things.

They don't even provide water and if you ask they send unsealed water bottles filled from somewhere random. They even charge you for that. No help is given in terms of luggage also. If you ask them to help you with luggage, they will charge you for that too.

And they will kick you out without any prior information and force you to check out at random times.

Overall worst hotel experience I have ever had. And that is something because I have stayed in 1 star hotel rooms in delhi also which were far better than hotel privilon.

Cleaning

good

Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning ice cold. And good options to walk to around the location.
