Bad cleaning
Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a pervasive, unpleasant odor. While the staff was helpful enough to move us, the second room was even worse; we discovered a previous guest's used underwear left on a chair. Finding such a major cleaning oversight was disgusting. Since it was late and we were exhausted, we stayed the night, but we were extremely unhappy and will not be returning.
