Very clean and quiet
Hotel does not always honor the reservation I made through you. I get moved to a different type of room. They charge more for an accessible room. Because only an accessible suite is available, which costs more.

I ended up here after having a flight canceled and needing somewhere near Newark airport to sleep for a night. The hotel was such a delightful surprise! The staff was so nice, and they upgraded me to a huge suite with a full kitchen, living room, walk-in closet, etc. They also offer a free airport shuttle, but if the shuttle isn't running when you need it, they'll call (and pay for) a Lyft for you - super valuable extra!
The hotel isn't super close to the airport (20 minutes away by car), but with the free shuttle it didn't really bother me.
I like to room and the staff.
The noise level at the location. The guests were very loud in the hallways. The price I paid for the room should have given me more relaxation not anxiety due to loud noises throughout the night.

No sheets prepared for 3rd person in room.....night receptionist was so kind to go and bring me sheets for 3 Rd person upon our arrival at midnight
The staff were friendly and polite. The shuttle driver went out of his way to help get you and from the airport as quickly as possible.
The breakfast started late, the bacon and potatoes barely cooked and I think the milk was spoiled. It had a funny taste. The only positive about breakfast was the coffee and water.

Afternoon manager was very unhelpful, morning girl told me one thing which according to afternoon manager was wrong ,it put the rest of my party,we booked 4 rooms in bad situation ,little kids and there parents not able to check in till I got there,afternoon manager basically told me to bad,and would not work with use at all,take my credit card for incidental over the phone,your team gave me wrong information and would not help to rectify situation, for this reason I will never use your hotel agian,and will make sure to let everyone know how we were treated
