Konumu güzel ama işletme iyi değil .

İlk gelişimizde Ali isimli genç çalışan karşıladı ama ruh gibiydi .Sorulan sorulara cevap vermeyip ,booking üzerinden yapmış olduğum rezervasyonumuzu iptal etmemi istedi ,sebebini sorduğumda ise uygulamanın komisyon alması olduğunu söyledi .Bu yanlış bir hareket .
2.Neden ise ailecek 3 kişilik odaya geçtik ,odanın ara sokağa bakan penceresi var ama sinekliği yoktu,ve camı açınca direkt çöp manzarasıyla karşılaştım.
3.neden ise banyoda duş’un içi ve duvar dipleri pis olup lekeliydi.

Pros:

The location is beautiful too much near about Azam Street and they have a very beautiful views in a balcony. Overall, staff is too much friendly too much cooperative. I am happy to live here.

Cons:

A little bit problem in a washroom accessories if they will work on that otherwise everything is fine and I am happy

Cons:

Kredi kartıyla ödeme kabul etmediler ve bunu baştan bildirmedikleri için madur olduk. Ayrıca ödemeyi yaptıktan sonra da fatura vermediler özellikle talep etmemize rağmen faturayı göndermediler.oda olarak da duş kötüydü akşamları sıcak su yoktu

Ребятам удачи! Если учтут минусы, будет просто идеальное место с идеальном сочетанием цены и качества
Pros:

Идеальное месторасположение. Самый центр, красивая улица и здание, парадная. Шикарный большой балкон с классным видом, на котором приятно завтракать и сидеть по вечерам после прогулки. А какие шикарные на нем получаются фотографии! И даже шум с улицы не смутил, наоборот было интересно погрузиться в местную жизнь.

До обменника, супермаркета и кофейни идти 30 секунд. До первого ресторана - минуту. До старого города -10 минут.

Приятный персонал, особенно Ильхам и девушка что убиралась и готовила завтраки. Во всем старались помочь, были вежливы и отзывчивы.

В номере убирались и обновляли воду каждый день.

Завтрак простой, но вкусный. Балкон, конечно, решает - мы завтракали вне отеля всего один раз.

Номер небольшой, мы были с подругой, нам хватило места.

В самом отеле тихо и спокойно.

Рады, что остановились именно здесь.

Cons:

Занавески пора менять, на наших было две дыры и пятна. Стены уже тоже видали виды.
Второй парень на ресепе не очень расторопный и гостеприимный, его бы подучить.

Location was great. There were slippers.

Cons:

The entrance to the apartment building where the hotel is located needs maintenance. Hotel management is inadequate for eveything.. The walls of room are dirty. There were no mosquito nets on the window. Room has got really bad view and if cat or mouse wants, it can come room. Or you can close window 7/24 so there is no fresh oxygen anytime in room. When we first entered the room, there was half a roll of toilet paper. When we asked for a new one, they said they could only give us one. They dream of getting rich with toilet paper. 3 days we only eat omlette :D i want to invite them for breakfast to Turkiye.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the reservation on booking-ze was not a sufficient guarantee for the hotel and the administrator demanded cash payment in advance. Of course, I had not planned to pay cash in advance, but before we agreed that I would pay in advance with a bank card, we stood in the reception for more than 1 hour and argued. The air conditioner was also noisy, the bathroom was not stocked with necessary items, and breakfast was offered after 9:00, since we had to leave the hotel at 8:30, we received neither breakfast nor a discount. It was a very bad experience.
