Nice hotel to stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, and the location was good, next to the golf course, with a nice view and good for walking.

Cons:

The reception closes at 9pm if you arrive after 9pm you have to pay extra for late checking .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay!
Pros:

Hotel TheGreen is simply amazing! Peaceful location, beautiful green surroundings, spotless and modern rooms, and the friendliest staff you could wish for. Everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and full of positive energy. I left happy and will definitely return — highly recommended!

top hotel echter het ontbijt was beneden peil. prijs kwaliteit lag zeer ver uitelkaar

Cons:

ontbijt was niet goed, zeer karig en totaal niet in verhouding met de prijs, het was een simpel ontbijt en meer niet, waardoor de prijs van 23 euro pp per dag veel en veel te hoog is, ontbijt was niet meer dan 10 euro waard, broodjes waren niet goed. Personeel was redelijk echter bediening was traag.

Cons:

Wir wollten ein Babybett für unsere 3 Monate alte Tochter, da wir von Anfang an für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht und auch bezahlt hatten, ging ich davon aus, dass ein Babybett selbstverständlich und im Preis inbegriffen ist. Auf Nachfrage sollten wir 10€ bezahlen. Das Bett welches wir bekamen war kaputt und komplett verdreckt, woraufhin wir dieses ablehnten, anstelle von einer Entschuldigung ernteten wir von der Dame an der Rezeption nur einen genervten Blick, weil wir das Bett vom House Keeping wieder abholen lassen wollten. Unsere Tochter schlief also bei uns im Bett, welches aus 2 einzeln zusammengeschobenen Betten bestand, leider hat sie immer wieder eine große Spalte gebildet, weshalb die Nacht nicht sehr komfortabel war.
Das Zimmer war staubig und die Wände sehr verschmutzt. Im Badezimmer hat es unerträglich gestunken, weshalb wir das Zimmer lüften mussten, das hatte zur Folge dass wir die ganze Nacht den Krach der Autobahn ertragen mussten.
Alles in allem leider sehr enttäuschend und unverhältnismäßig teuer.
Lediglich das Frühstück war in Ordnung und auch die Dame beim Frühstücksservice war nett.

Pros:

schlechte lage, kaum zu finden - randlage kölns - frühstück wurde an unserem übernachtungstag nicht angeboten. wartezeit auf taxi 1,5 stunden , jedoch kein taxi angekommen, vermutlich wegen schlechter findung ? danach wurde uns von rezeptionsmitarbeiterin ein auto von "uber" bestellt, was auch funktionierte. nach 22 uhr kein rezeptionspersonal mehr zur verfügung, daher mußte ein rückwärtiger eingang benutzt werde über treppen. wasserspülung (WC) und tv mit mängeln. insgesamt mit etwas wohlwollen ein ausreichend. freundliche grüße günter frisch
