Amazing staff and perfect location. Our room was very nice and clean as well.
The bathroom doors in the rooms are a barn door style which makes it feel like the bathroom is right in the middle of the room but it wasn’t terrible.

The food at the restaurant is great and comes in large amounts. This place has the most amazing location! It is as beach front as you can get, with service to your cabana. I loved how it's not a busy crowded corner, so it seems quiet and no frills, perfect for a vacation.
The food was great but quite pricey. The rooms were surprisingly small. They were stylish and clean, so perfect for a couple. For a family with small children, it was not ideal. Also, the pool and the bar were very much designed for adults. I don't think children will find an appeal for the pool, but the beach is right there so it's no issue.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a beach club included with your room and the hotel serves an excellent breakfast.
It would be nice to have some wardrobe in the room to unpack your clothing.

El baño huele a humedad no tiene sistema de ventilacion moho en el techo
Las escaleras al tercer piso son de azotea muy incomodas
Sillon en el cuarto en muy mal estado

El agua de la alberca estaba fría, imposible entrar a nadar.
La promoción de pizzas no la hicieron valida por que supuestamente era dentro de un horario, cuando en el pizarrón no decía ningún horario.
Los meseros muy atentos sin embargo no te dejaban en paz comiendo si no que a cada rato iban a limpiar la mesa incluso se llevaron un plato que aún tenía comida, le tuve que decir que lo dejara y no había gente en el restaurante sólo eramos dos mesas y parecía que les urgía que nos fuéramos.
