Quite location, peaceful hotel
Pros:

Peaceful room, with a nice view. The room was large, decorated nicely and comfortable.

Cons:

The very large step up to the bathroom. The way the safe worked, the door to the room unfinished with gaps, having keys instead of plastic cards.

La ubicación, instalaciones, decoración!

Cons:

Falta de atención en área de alberca y club de playa, no hay meseros al pendiente, aunque el hotel ofrece el servicio, frente a la playa nunca se acercó nadie a ofrecer servicio, en alberca si nos abordaron una primera vez y de ahi ya tardo mas de 1 hr en regresar el chico

Best hotel on the strip considering the view, comfortable rooms, great food and all the amazing friendly staff.
Pros:

Amazing view from our balcony in the 2nd storey, relaxing atmosphere at the pool side, great food and selection in the restaurant, 10 out of 10 for our main server Eduardo. Everybody spoke enough English to get by.

Cons:

Many stairs to reach the 2nd storey. Probably not as comfortable for people with walking issues. Definitely worth it for the amazing view! Higher cost but worth it!

excellent beachfront stay at Progreso
Pros:

everybody was very friendly, the ladies of housekeeping where so friendly and serious about there job. the food was very good and we loved the bread service at dinner.

Our stay was very relaxing and the staff was so kind.
Pros:

Amazing staff and perfect location. Our room was very nice and clean as well.

Cons:

The bathroom doors in the rooms are a barn door style which makes it feel like the bathroom is right in the middle of the room but it wasn’t terrible.

Relaxing and great fun
Pros:

The food at the restaurant is great and comes in large amounts. This place has the most amazing location! It is as beach front as you can get, with service to your cabana. I loved how it's not a busy crowded corner, so it seems quiet and no frills, perfect for a vacation.

Cons:

The food was great but quite pricey. The rooms were surprisingly small. They were stylish and clean, so perfect for a couple. For a family with small children, it was not ideal. Also, the pool and the bar were very much designed for adults. I don't think children will find an appeal for the pool, but the beach is right there so it's no issue.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a beach club included with your room and the hotel serves an excellent breakfast.

Cons:

It would be nice to have some wardrobe in the room to unpack your clothing.
