Сотрудники были не компетентны на всех этапах. Сначала дали пропахший номер, поменяли, 2 раза попросили отнести наши вещи в номер, весь день они лежали на складе с открытой дверью. 2 ночи 3 дня оставались, Номер не убрали ни разу. За 50 $ на ночь не было адекватных средств гигиены, ужасного качества мыло, шампуни. В душе все стекало, работало с перебоями. И в целом было не достаточно чисто. В конце у нас выезд, нас задержали на 15 мин потому что не могли найти оплату, сотрудник не провел, в итоге из за этого мы потеряли время и нас обвинили в том, что мы номер не оплатили. В итоге потом нашли. В общем, безолаберная работа сотрудников ВСЕХ.

Цена=качество! Недалеко от аэропорта, хороший район - в пешей доступности банк 24/7 (можно поменять валюту) , рестораны, супермаркеты. Современный интерьер, у нас был номер на 20 этаже (две спальни), есть открытый балкон (можно курить). Идеальная чистота, есть халаты и тапочки, смарт тв, и тд.

Cons:

Из нюансов: рядом стройка, в наше пребывание - уровень шума был минимальный.

Pros:

Clean room with a long sofa. Water pressure OK. WiFi OK. Supermarket and restaurant nearby. Staff Fayzullo and Khairul are very friendly. They remember my name. I feel very welcome. After checking out and upon reaching my next destination in Tashkent, I received a courtesy call from both caring staff.

Warm Hospitality and Modern Charm

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the warm and extremely friendly staff who made every part of my visit enjoyable. From the welcoming reception to the ladies serving breakfast, their kindness was evident at every turn. The hotel's location was fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the iconic Somoni statue, with a handful of useful shops, a drugstore, and restaurants nearby. While I didn't use the sauna, the gym was modern, clean, and functional, though small. The hotel's aura, a blend of modern Persian design, was both graceful and beautiful, creating a serene and stylish atmosphere throughout my stay.

Cons:

There was no one available, nor any trolleys, to help carry our bags either into the room or out of it. This was a bit inconvenient, especially considering the otherwise high level of service at the hotel.

Хотелът е добър , чисто и огромни стаи за настаняване . Хубаво място ако сте пристигнали за бизнес в града , защото има конферентни зали и е удобно за разговори .

Cons:

Трансфера до хотела ми беше пълен провал . Чаках близо един час на летището и през цялото време ме лъжеха на рецепцията по телефона , че техният човек е там и ме очаква . В 01 часа вечерта да чакаш никого и да са те забравили да изпратят кола е меко казано недопустимо . Снимах всички посрещачи на летището и когато им показах видеото да си намерят човека който ме е ЧАКАЛ , тогава спряха с лъжите и се извиниха .... Така че трансфер не си поръчвайте от хотела !
