Nur zu empfehlen
Pros:

Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen, der ein paar Tage in Duschanbe verbringen möchte. Ich habe mich hier von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Lage ist hervorragend und vieles lässt sich problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber das Personal: unglaublich höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal, ob man Tipps für die Stadt braucht, Hilfe bei der Orientierung oder wissen möchte, welche Apps man vor Ort benötigt – die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nehmen sich Zeit, erklären alles und helfen wirklich bei jeder Frage weiter.

Es ist mein erstes Mal in Tadschikistan, und gerade deshalb war es für mich besonders schön, an einem Ort anzukommen, der mir direkt ein Gefühl von Zuhause gegeben hat.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

В целом отелем я остался доволен. Все основные плюсы для меня перевесили небольшие минусы.
Pros:

Остался очень доволен отелем! С самого заезда меня встретил приветливый и внимательный персонал - на все мои просьбы реагировали очень быстро и чутко. Номер просторный, комфортный и чистый, сам отель новый и современный.

Отдельно хочется отметить отличную локацию - очень удобно добираться и до основных мест в городе.

Завтрак просто потрясающий! Особенно порадовало наличие хорошего зернового кофе и возможность самостоятельно собрать классический завтрак на свой вкус.

В целом отличное место, где действительно приятно остановиться. Однозначно рекомендую!

Cons:

Из минусов - душ расположен немного низко. При моём росте 188 см приходилось немного подстраиваться, чтобы было удобно.

В отеле три лифта, что, конечно, плюс, но есть небольшой нюанс: нет одной общей кнопки для их вызова. Каждый лифт приходится вызывать отдельно, что не очень удобно.

И ещё один момент - вид из номера. Я всегда думал, что в Душанбе куда ни посмотришь, увидишь горы 🙂 Но мне, видимо, повезло - из окна открывался вид на стройку и соседний дом. Здесь, конечно, хотелось бы больше соответствия атмосфере города.

Cons:

Заселились в номер поздно вечером . В санузле на полу клочья черных женских волос, унитаз не вымыт. Обратились утром на рецепции к сотруднице. Показали фото. Никаких извинений не последовало. После обеда вернулись в номер. Санузел убрали. Но пользоваться после перелета и с утра грязным душем и унитазом было крайне неприятно. Администратор приняла как должное. Удивило...

Все очень понравилось! В комнатах былай чистота идеальная, постель белоснежная, завтраки очень вкусные и полезные, место расположения отеля отличное- все рядом. Обслуживание тоже на должном уровне, хочется отметитт особенно Махдиеёра и Акбара. Они хорошо знают свою работу. Очень внимательные , доброжелательные. Счастья им, успехов и удачи! Махдиёр вообще молодец, знает русский, английский языки, в будущем он будет очень большими уважаемым человеком!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a receptionist named Akbar. He greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel happy and comfortable from the very first moment. Akbar is highly professional, friendly, and excellent at his job.
I highly recommend that every guest interact with him. In my opinion, Akbar is an outstanding employee and truly the face of this hotel. I wish him and the entire hotel team continued success. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

Excellent place to relax after the Pamir Highway

After completing our Pamir Highway tour, we chose Firdavsi Hotel to relax and recover, and it was the perfect decision.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the towels and bathrobes were of excellent quality, and it was a lovely touch to find complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The location is perfect—most of Dushanbe’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance, so there was no need to use transport.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Firdavsi Hotel to anyone visiting Dushanbe.
