Il miglior hotel, se vuoi stare in centro a Folgaria
Pros:

Tutto lo staff del ristorante sia a colazione che a cena ha dimostrato grandissima empatia e si è dimostrata super affettuosa verso mio figlio e il mio cucciolo. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e i servizi dell’hotel sempre puntuali. In cucina ho riconosciuto una grandissima esperienza e grandissima qualità dei prodotti selezionati.

Cons:

Le camere sono un po’ piccole e soprattutto quando arrivi con un neonato e un piccolo cane, ma ben organizzate. Al mio arrivo il Benvenuto è stato un po’ freddino. I costi accessori della presenza del cane sia in camera che a cena o colazione sono un po’ esagerati altri luoghi con gli stessi servizi ti fanno pagare meno della metà oppure è completamente gratuito.

La colazione un po troppo caotica e tardi. Non c'era nessuno e mi sono seduto su un tavolo libero con tutti i piatti e dopo aver iniziato a mangiare mi hanno obbligato a spostarmi di tavolo perche questo era prenotato.

Pros:

Staff accogliente, gentile e sorridente. Stanze pulite e servizio spa eccellente. Ci hanno fatto trovare in stanza anche le ciotole per il nostro cagnolino. Graditissimo. C'e tutto per fare una vacanza di relax senza pensieri. Sono stato soddisfatto della scelta.

Cons:

Dire cosa non mi è piaciuto sarebbe eccessivo. Migliorerei la colazione con qualche dolce di produzione propria. Ma comunque andava bene anche così.
