Geschmackvoll, zentral und trotzdem ruhig
Pros:

Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage gegenüber der Heiliggeistkirche ist sehr zentral. Trotzdem war es nachts angenehm ruhig. Außerdem hatte man Ausblick Richtung Neckar.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung des Hauptzimmers war umständlich (keine Deckenleuchte) und die Kante zum Badezimmer schuf eine Stolpergefahr.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όμορφο

Cons:

Το check-in ήταν λίγο δύσκολο, καθώς υπήρξε κάποια σύγχυση με την είσοδο και την εύρεση της σωστής πόρτας. Ίσως θα ήταν πιο εύκολο για τους επισκέπτες αν το διαμέρισμα μπορούσε να ανοίγει απευθείας με τις κάρτες από το κουτί, αντί μέσω κινητού.

Επίσης, μας δόθηκε ο αριθμός διαμερίσματος 30, ο οποίος δεν υπήρχε, καθώς αντιστοιχούσε στα 31-32, κάτι που δημιούργησε επιπλέον μπέρδεμα.

Θα βοηθούσε πολύ αν υπήρχαν πιο σαφείς οδηγίες ή και φωτογραφίες, ώστε οι πελάτες να μπορούν να κατανοούν πιο εύκολα τη διαδικασία.

The central location is both blessing and challenge.
Pros:

The apartment is in the heart of the historic district with restaurants, shops, grocery store, and main attractions within easy walking distance (5-10 minutes). Excellent wi-fi, smart tv, shower, and bed and easy communication with the staff. Plus, Heidelberg itself is so lovely and well worth the visit!

Cons:

Because of its location, noise pollution is a SERIOUS problem with bars staying open until 1:00 am on weekdays and until 3:00 on weekends. Fortunately, they are closed on Sundays. PalmBrau cannot control this noise but should consider sound-proof windows. Not having a lift (elevator) was a challenge with heavy luggage, but historic buildings rarely have lifts.
