Einmal und Nie wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist super
Unter Deluxe verstehe ich was anderes =kaum Geschirr im Schrank. Eine Waschmaschine aber kein Wäscheständer kein Schwamm oder Küchentuch wenn ich eine Küche habe sollte man Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung stellen.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist nicht 24 Stunden bewacht und das Tor stand über Nacht offen. Der Parkplatzbsitzer hat mehr Geld genommen als auf der Seite angezeigt dieses haben wir dem Hotelbedsitzer mitgeteilt aber es wurde nix unternommen. Kundenfreundlich ist das gar nicht.

Great place
Pros:

- The host and staff were very helpful.
- Amazing location. Close to Tarabya waterfront!
- The apartment itself was lovely; clean, comfortable, and stylish!

Cons:

The fixed overhead shower wasn’t working properly and might need a quick fix, but the handheld one worked perfectly, so no major complaints!

Локация норм, нам там нужно было

Cons:

Номер на 5-м этаже расчитан на хоббитов. Скат крыши заставляет ходить согнувшись, но периодически мы бились головой. Туалет микроскопический и узкий, раковина тоже. Чистить зубы и умываться невозможно, жопой упираешься в дверь, а лицом в шкафчик над раковиной.
Нет заварочного чайника и стола в комнате. Кровать норм.

Pros:

L'emplacement est top, l'appartement est super fonctionnel.

Cons:

Nous avions déjà logé dans cette résidence et le premier appartement était vraiment top. Celui ci était clairement en dessous. La porte de la douche qui ne fermait pas du a un problème de pose du pommeau de douche .

Pros:

Locaition was excellent near the sea and sea walk area but cleanliness of the room was so poor. Size of the bathroom was so small we could not use facilities in a proper way.

Pros:

The apartment is very clean and spacious. Its location is excellent, situated in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. I didn’t experience any issues during my stay, and the hosts were very attentive. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Third bed was not a bed!
Pros:

The location was good, overall was a good experience for one night and the price was ok.

Cons:

The biggest problem was the third bed (we booked an apartament for three people and another one for two), but there was only a double bed while the third was was a sofà, not a bed (not even a bed-sofa, ony a sofà which stretched a little, there wasnt a real matress, they told us it could be for two people but it was honestly even small for one...)
Also, no elevator and some stairs .

There was some food left buy other guest jn the freezer and in the pantry (some pasta box open), and in the shower there was some bottles of shampoos of old guest with hairs on it...
Also the towels they gave us seemed not so fresh.
Lots of things could be improved, overall was ok but we honestly expected more since the very good reviews.

In one of the apartament the shower could open properly and seemed to be needed some caring.
