My friend put her name on the room because I lost my id and they used me as a guest and I paid for the room on my card. After charging she told me I couldn't be in the room after 10 because I have no id. I asked for refund since I'm the one needing the room. I was toldby credit card it would be 30 days to get 300 dollars back. Since they won't so a refund and just let the company reverse the charges. The hotel was rude when I asked them.ti refund so I can get my money they refused

Staff was very kind, thank you Benito for your courtesy. Did like how your room had a refrigerator and stove burner. Room was decent and cleanliness okay

Cons:

Our rooms microwave wasnt working which we didnt address to the staff, we just worked around needing it. Have your own shampoo/conditioner since you are provided very little.
