A very disappointing stay, badly handled from start to finish.
Pros:

Honestly, not much. The only positive point was the promise of a 10% refund after the last-minute downgrade, but even that was never actually paid.

Cons:

We were informed at the last minute that the Family Apartment we had booked and paid for in advance was no longer available due to overbooking, and we were moved to a lower-category apartment instead. When we arrived, we could not even check in on time because the room was not ready. The apartment was far too hot with no clear way to reduce the heating, there was a bad smell in the room for almost the entire stay, and on Sunday morning around 8:35 we were woken up by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the building without any clear explanation. On top of that, the promised refund was never received despite several follow-ups.

günstig, gut angebunden, völlig in Ordnung, wenn es nur darum geht zu übernachten.
Pros:

Gute Anbindung, Preis-Leistung für 1-2 Personen angemessen.

Cons:

sehr hellhörig (dafür gab es dann Ohrstöpsel auf dem Zimmer). Deutliche Abnutztungsspuren im Zimmer und das "Schlafsofa" für eine dritte Person wäre ein Zumutung. Bin alleine gereist, von daher für mich in Ordnung.

Hubo una alarma antiincendios y se presentaron tres dotaciones de bomberos, pero los encargados del hotel no.
