A recepcionista foi muito educada e solicita, porém não consegui me hospedar no hotel.

Não consegui me hospedar, mais não por conta do hotel, e sim pela informação errada que está no site do booking. Não sei quem está errado, porém não pude me hospedar com a minha família. No site fala que pode entrar no hotel a partir das 00:00, porém não é possível.

Só para 1 noite para pegar o voo.
Pros:

Fica bem perto do aeroporto e tivemos transporte gratuito pra ir. O pessoal é bem receptivo e tem boa comida no hotel

Cons:

A limpeza é muito falha, o banheiro é um pouco mal cuidado, e faz um pouco de barulho. Dormimos só uma noite para pegar o voo no dia seguinte.

A localização é ótima para quem tem voos partindo do aeroporto de Guarulhos. Possui restaurante próprio, com cardápio variado. Tudo o que comemos estava muito bom. O café da manhã também é muito bom.
