Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля в тихом месте с видом и на озеро, и на горы. Уютный номер с удобными кроватями и возможностью самому регулировать температуру. Есть терраса, ресторан и бар. Сервируют завтрак и выглядит он потрясающе. Ужин в ресторане был на высоте, вкусно и отличный выбор вин. Обслуживание тоже на уровне

Struttura molto bella, arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e posizione sul lago comoda e rilassante, appena davanti la fermata del traghetto. Panorama stupendo soprattutto dalla terrazza sul tetto sempre accessibile! La camera era ben arredata e pulita, super apprezzati i biscottini e l’acqua di benvenuto. C’era un mini frigo e l’armadio. Staff disponibile e accogliente che ci ha fatto trovare la cena (buonissima) nella locanda sottostante (sempre facente parte della struttura) nonostante fossero già le 22 di sera. Colazione super con croissant particolari e molto buoni! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Cons:

L’unica pecca è stata la presenza di una porta nel bagno (chiusa a chiave) che desse direttamente sul corridoio, molto probabilmente un’esigenza strutturale.

Veramente piacevole e rilassante
Pros:

La struttura non abituale , molto carina . L atmosfera accogliente , la gentilezza spontanea della titolare e dello staff che ti mette da subito a tuo agio. La pulizia eccellente , gli spazi comuni la stanza lettura dove mia nipote ha adorato i puff da riposo.. La terrazza con vista e il cibo ..tutto ottimo

Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and appropriate to it's price. Two croissants were given to take away;) Also the place to eat has a cozy interior, like all the public places in hotel. Personal was friendly and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations. Also dinner dishes are convenient to good restaurants. In such place you feel relaxed and feel yourself special 😊

Cons:

The floor in all Italy was made from tile. The summer it is nice, but the autumn we need some slippers. Because it is cold on feet. The same story is in all Italy on autumn and winter. But we can bear with it.

Un angolo di paradiso eccezionale con personale a 5 stelle.

L'hotel, il ristorante e il personale sono eccellenti. È come stare con dei buoni amici che si prendono davvero cura di noi. Il cibo era delizioso, dal servizio elegante e dalla selezione intelligente del G Lab al Bistrot al piano inferiore, che serviva i migliori ravioli che abbia mai assaggiato. La colazione è stata servita da una signora meravigliosa e sorridente che si prende cura di tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno con tanto amore. La nostra camera 102 si affacciava sul lago ed era immacolata. Il personale vi lascia deliziosi biscotti e acqua in frigo. Ci sono biciclette per girare l'isola e noleggio barche nelle vicinanze. L'hotel è situato in un angolo tranquillo e idilliaco di Sensole, con un giardino privato in riva al lago e una terrazza panoramica con vista sul tramonto. È stato davvero speciale e il proprietario e il personale sono eccezionali nel farti sentire a casa. Grazie.

Posto molto particolare con la possibilità di scegliere sia il bistrot che il ristorante per cenare..terrazza panoramica e spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione super!!!
