Pros:

The breakfast was good, we were able to order from the menu. Staff were really helpful, they helped us with various clarifications, and even helped to pack breakfast for one of our days (when we had to leave early before breakfast). Towel rental is 5 euros to use by the beach, and you pay at the end of your stay. There was no kettle in the room, but we could ask for hot water from the bar.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but perfectly functional if you are organised and smart about it. Aircon was also not very strong. If you get a top bunk, it’s a little difficult to climb up and down.

We enjoyed the property asnd amenities with the proximity to the station being the cherry on top
Pros:

The accessibility to the train station was ideal! This should be promoted more with your property as it is extremely convenient. The room size, amenities and comfort was wonderful. Breakfast had great options as well.

Cons:

The touch pad next to the door was not working well when it came to turning on do not disturb and please clean and our room was not cleaned. We were only there for a short time but this may be inconvenient for longer stays.

Pros:

La habitación súper completa, hermosa, amplia, muy buena limpieza, amplio baño y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, cama grande y cómoda, buen desayuno y su personal muy amable. Está a sólo 2 minutos de la estación Sant’Angello, 1 estación de Sorrento.

Hotel con mucho encanto
Pros:

La habitación triple consiste en dos dormitorios separados compartiendo un cuarto de baño y un pasillo. Fue muy cómodo. La plaza donde está el hotel. El jardín y la piscina, aunque al final no pudimos bañarnos. El personal super amable. Muy cerca de la estación de tren.

Cons:

El desayuno era regular.

Prachtig luxe hotel maar wat opdringerig
Pros:

Super mooi en stijlvol hotel met heerlijke kamers. Personeel is vriendelijk. De locatie is wel wat uit het centrum maar in een autoluwe straat waardoor het erg rustig is.

Cons:

De manier van communicatie is naar mijn mening iets té. Via whatsapp werd mij gevraagd om een tijdslot voor het ontbijt te boeken (dit vond ik ook niet heel relaxt als je op vakantie bent) en er word veel om feedback gevraagd. Het ontbijt (a la carte) vond ik niet erg lekker en eentonig.
