Pros:

El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila, muy limpio, el desayuno delicioso, el personal súper amable y atento. La atención de Cristiana fue espectacular, estábamos celebrando también cumpleaños y nos dieron una botella de vino cuando llegamos, Francesco el chófer del shuttle a Sorrento muy atento también

Cons:

Lo único que podria decir es que la habitación tenía un camarote y me parece que debería decirse antes porque no todas las personas pueden tener la facilidad de estar subiendo y bajando

Everything you could want

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra luna de miel y la experiencia fue maravillosa.
Desde el primer momento, todo el personal nos brindó una atención excelente y muy cercana.

Como sabían que estábamos de luna de miel, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de disfrutar de una habitación superior, totalmente domotizada, además de un servicio de shuttle incluido para nuestros desplazamientos a Sorrento, por 150 € más. Sin duda, fue una elección que hizo nuestra estancia todavía más especial.

La habitación era amplia, limpia, cómoda y muy tranquila. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y pudimos descansar estupendamente después de nuestros días de excursiones.

Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Cristiana, que fue muy atenta, amable y encantadora con nosotros en todo momento. También queremos mencionar a Francesco, el conductor del servicio de shuttle, que es un verdadero encanto y siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa.
Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer que nuestra luna de miel fuera aún más bonita. ¡Sin duda, un hotel al que nos encantaría volver! ❤️

Cons:

Como sugerencia: el desayuno estaba buenísimo, especialmente por la variedad de productos caseros y típicamente italianos, que disfrutamos muchísimo.
Pero como pequeña sugerencia, nos hubiera gustado encontrar algo más de variedad de un día para otro, ya que el desayuno era prácticamente el mismo cada día. Lo comentamos simplemente como una sugerencia de mejora, porque la calidad de los alimentos era excelente.

Would love to go back!
Pros:

An old convent beautifully restored into a striking, modern, attractively furnished property. The outside communal areas are quiet, tranquil and relaxing. Staff are in credibly helpful, personal and friendly. This exceeded our expectations and the photos on the hotel website don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only small criticism is to be careful if you book hotel transfer via the hotel and their partner travel company. Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs and we had to pay an extra 50% of the fare (which is a lot from the airport), and this was not made clear when booking, neither by the hotel, or the travel company. Apart from that, the transfers were brilliant.

Unforgettable experience
Pros:

Unexpected gem of our trip even we reserved bunk beds because we’re the only kind of rooms available were very comfortable, the harmony and design was very nice and the staff absolutely friendly and kind during our stay

Soggiorno impeccabile!

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte, ma torneremo sicuramente!
Lo staff di una gentilezza unica, mai ricevuto un trattamento così!
La struttura nuova, pulita, in una posizione strategica e con il plus della piscina, una chicca super apprezzata.
Le stanze comode, silenziose e con tutti i comfort.
Hanno pensato loro, su nostra richiesta, a riservarci un parcheggio per la nostra auto. Inoltre, direttamente all'interno della struttura, abbiamo potuto lasciare il motorino che abbiamo affittato.
Voto 10!

Pros:

La verdad hermosas instalaciones. Desayuno completísimo. Tenías un menu del día económico y rico.
El servicio que te llevan hasta el centro (aunque hay que pagarlo a parte) es muy bueno.
También suelen resolverte varias cuestiones como sacarte los pasajes del ferry etc.

Cons:

Un día teníamos muchas hormigas en el baño, igual lo resolvieron apenas les dijimos.

A very sweet stay just outside Sorrento - perfect
Pros:

Everything about this beautiful hotel surpassed expectations! We arrived as a multi-generational party including two children and we could not have been made to feel more welcome. The communication was fantastic, including before when our transfer from Naples was organised. The use of WhatsApp is a great idea.

The staff are all completely wonderful but a special mention to Olga and Trisha who were just wonderful! We booked train tickets to Pompeii at the front desk as well as making good use of the shuttle to Sorrento which the children LOVED.

Breakfast was delicious and varied and the choice of two sittings is perfect depending on whether you are planning a busy day out or want a more chilled start to the day.

The room was enormous and the balcony incredible to sit on when the kids were asleep in the evening. The pool was genuinely a little slice of heaven on a hot day - you could smell the tomatoes and the lemons from near by. The terrace served great wine and delicious food. What more could you ask for?

Cons:

Nothing at all. It was divine.

Amamos e recomendamos totalmente este hotel!!! Mesmo não sendo tão perto do centro, eles oferecem um serviço de shuttle

Pros:

This hotel is undoubtedly a hidden gem! The staff are all so helpful and make your stay so enjoyable. It is so nice to be just that little bit away from bustling Sorrento, best of both worlds. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough !
