Value for money 💰
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff were very helpful and always available. Neat and tidy facilities. Grocery and markets and laundry nearby. Value for money with all the amenities including kitchen appliances available inside the flat. High speed wifi with Netflix access was great too 👍

Cons:

Parking is paid which is a bit high on daily basis handled by security. Other than that stay was great.

Cons:

Booked the property at around 5 and made payment during booking. Called the number provided immediately but it was not answered. The security guard at the gate also sent message of my id and it was read but did not confirm to guard to allow me to check in. Waited for almost 2 hours outside the gate but no response. Finally had to go to anothet hotel. Seems this is a scam please avoid booking in Anuva alabang east service road.
Waste of time, money and bad experience.

For the price it was a good stay. Tess was very accommodating and the unit was as expected.
Pros:

Quick check in and check out. The unit was well furnished with everything needed in the kitchen. Pool was nice very clean and nice to swim in.

Cons:

I was kicked out of the pool because they said it was Monday and they cleaned it on that day. No sign, no warning of this. I've owned pools all my life and at a resort there is no reason to close a pool for a whole day.
