I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your listed property. I had booked the hotel expecting a peaceful and family-friendly experience, but the reality was quite the opposite.

1. Room & Facility Issues:
The main door lock was faulty, and we had to call staff repeatedly to open and secure it, compromising our safety. The bathroom lacked basic amenities—no hot water, broken lock, and unhygienic conditions. We were not provided with bottled water, towels, or toiletries.
2. Cleanliness & Comfort:
The room was poorly maintained, dusty, with stained walls and an ineffective air conditioner with no remote. The overall cleanliness and upkeep were unacceptable.
3. Expectation vs. Reality:
The property was advertised as couple and family-friendly, but our experience was disappointing and far from what was promised online.

Given these serious concerns, I request a full or partial refund for the inconvenience and urge you to take appropriate action against the property. Kindly confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the next steps.
