I had a great experience of staying in it.
All the staff was so polite and assistive but Mohammad Khalid is excellent guy smiling helpfully.
Clean Washrooms are always important for me
It was excellently maintained and sterized.
Bedroom and Living room are perfectly decorated and beautifully designed.
Only it is little tricky way from Haram. But once known is easier.

The rooms were pretty clean and good-sized. Beds were quite comfortable.
There was a foul smell in the toilet throughout.
Comfortable, clean, 24 hr desk, safety. 24 hr shop next door. Peaceful and quiet.
Daily upkeep of toiletries, tissues etc, they even bought in a new microwave oven on request.
Fabulous staff.
It did not have the facility of a washing machine that was mentioned in the amenities, but the staff were helpful and had some washing done for us. We appreciated the gesture.
Too far from the haram, 20 mins drive.
But for a stay in medina, absolutely spot on.
The apartment was really nice and cozy. My toddler especially likes the shower head so he enjoying bathing very much.
