we arrived No employees was there. poor indication on how to get the Keys...but mostly the room cleaning wasnt done WC dirty, garbage full, Beds not done etc, it took us 3 Hours to get some support and could start to use the facility only after 10pm. the staff on the phone was responsive and kind and try their best, but not an excuse to the situation it wasnt an early check in

Good location. Plenty of room. Comfy bed.
Things needed in the kitchen - plates, knives, spooons etc etc - quite absent. No point of a microwave without a plate. These are small things, and below expectations.
Had to nag on text messagers to get apartment cleaned. it was supposed to be a serviced apartment.
Great location, in a popular neighborhood but with great restaurants and bars, also frequented by foreigners. The apartment is quite large and comfortable, not very modern but everything worked well as expected. Owners are very nice.
The apartment cleaning is not the best, on the balcony there were still cigarettes from the previous person. I advise the property to upload the correct photos of the apartment, because during the booking it seemed like I had booked the room with the large balcony and in the end it was practically 1mx1m. Some ants around and no elevator
Good apartment, good area and good value. Will come back.
Checked in at 2pm but the room was not ready. It will be hard if you have heavy luggage because there is no elevator. Too many ants in the room, and it needs a good clean especially in the bathroom area, also it needs a shower curtain too to keep the floor dry after shower.

Clean room booked at 9pm, very clean, good price in a lovely neighborhood that was quiet at night and didn't see another tourist just lots of locals which was lovely. They even let us leave our bags in a secure room when we were out in the day as we only stayed one night. Would stay again.
This neighborhood in Binh Thanh, across the river from the zoo, is fantastic. Lively street activity, there's a daily street market (fruits, vegetables, meat, clothing, household goods), there's a two-block western section (bars and restaurants). Great value because of location, and price.
My first three days here were in a very sub-standard room, with no real window. After I complained, I was transferred to a nice room, with window. I do wish the bathrooms had separate shower stalls, instead of forcing one to get the entire floor wet when showering.
Wonderful staff, very helpful and cooperative! The TV was broken as I arrived, tomorrow I was given another one. Bed was comfy, everything worked. WiFi worked properly.
The only thing the place is missing is an elevator, but due to the structure of the building it is reasonable and a good exercise to get to the fourth floor.
LalaHouse Riverside Residence was ideal for my stay. The apartment was roomy, clean, and offered a stunning river view. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to everything. The staff were welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend it
