Chaotic experience
Cons:

When I went to the hotel with two little kids at 8pm, the manager completely denied my booking, saying it was a glitch in booking.com, and then he called up another hotel to arrange my stay. I called Shubharamb hotel twice. I also got a message from them saying they are looking forward to welcoming us but the manager straightaway denied that as well. Was very stressful experience.
I have escalated with booking.com.

At night the AC used to be turned off
Out of 3 days stay i had access to wifi only 1 day. The toilet flush had issues
The reception satff was not courteous.
The food delivery staff was good and courteous.
