There are many things. From Reception staff to overall facilities food and services offered are not at all justifiable at that price point. Rooms are dark, there’s a pantry/kitchen in the room but no hot plate or hob, but there’s chimney, don’t know why. TV is not working except a few channels, overall not happy at all.

Getting spam emails from the property about our booking being cancelled and to make payments. Had the spam emails for over 4 weeks. Please be aware of this.

Room dust need a serious check. Please use a vaccum cleaner.
Cons:

Room are not clean. Very dirty and lots of dust. Twin bed too small. Overall highly uncomfortable. Not recommended.
