Pros:

The host was very friendly and kind. He teases me with the local fruits and wine. There were several free rooms, so I could pick up the view I wanted.
In total: Kobuleti is a quiet place for the slow-life chill or "workation".

Passable
Pros:

Nothing, first of all according to booking the payment had to be done on our arrival, but they made us pay for the room before arriving. Then, we paid for the child bed and linen but got no blanket and had to do without it.

Cons:

There was no hot water on the second day, the air conditioner was being fixed on our arrival, but it should have been done before our arrival.

although the room was clean and good, the host let us in another house. On the photos were another rooms/ another house itself.
