Brilliant staff.
Cons:

Excellent staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Special thanks to Betha and Godfrey. Staff even went to the effort of helping us get Tuk tuks, booking restaurants and airport transfers. Room was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. The food was good, we enjoyed drinks at the bar and by the pool at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend. It felt very safe.

Oikein hyvä boutique hotelli, jonka sängyt olivat tyynyineen TODELLA hyvät. Uima-allas oli ihana!
Pros:

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja kansainvälinen. Henkilökunta oli aina todella ystävällistä ja mukaan sai myös aamupalaboxin, jos lähti aikaisin liikkeelle.

Pros:

There were 16 of us staying here over 4 days and we had such a great stay! The rooms were comfortable, the food excellent, the pool is nice, and the staff were fantastic! They made us feel so welcomed. Jackie went out of here way to help us with excursions and Godfrey, Betha, Judy and the other staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again!

Well run hotel, with lovely pool, excellent food and helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast and evening meals were excellent overall. Buffet style for breakfast, with full range of western and local food. All evening meals cooked freshly to order, so do allow time for preparation. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind, rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and linen. Nice pool and bar.

Cons:

The site is a bit small and down a small lane, however taxis were able to access the hotel. This site is arounds 2 miles from Moshi city centre, but near amenities such as Kilimanjaro Medical Centre Hospital.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen eine längere Busfahrt zu organisieren. Der Pool war super und wir haben immer wieder neue Handtücher bekommen.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The staff really got to know you and they were so friendly and kind, but also stayed professional. They greeted us with fresh juice, showed us the room and how the shower works and how to use the air conditioning. They were on top of everything and met our needs. They arranged for a car to pick us up to take us to the airport at 4. They let us check out around 12-1 and kept our bags safe before we were picked up. If I am back in Moshi, I will definitely stay again.

Small but nice
Pros:

The facility was new and clean. The desk was bit small, but comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were nice.

Cons:

Not enough hot water in the shower. The room was quite small. Barely enough soace to open the suitcase.
