Limpeza impecável.
Pros:

Local excelente para quem pretende fazer compras no Brás. Fica também atrás de alguns órgãos da PM, como escola de Educação física e Panelão. Pegando a Cruzeiro do Sul no sentido Marginal, uns 10 minutos de caminhada você chega num shopping bem estruturado, com variados tipos de refeições.

Cons:

Com chuva forte a rua da frente ficou com bastante enxurrada, mas o hotel permaneceu intacto.
