Super Lage. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal und toller Support
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich! Wir konnten noch vor Check In unser Gepäck aufbewahren lassen und haben Handtücher für den Strand bekommen. Selbiges nach dem Check Out und das, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht (wegen eines Buchungsfehlers als Überbrückung gesucht) vor Ort waren. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind nett gemacht.

Cons:

Der Pool war etwas trüb und für uns daher nicht einladend.
Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken brachte kaum Wasser zum Vorschein. Der Wasserdruck ist - wie in ganz Costa Rica - nicht der Beste!
Beleuchtung im Zimmer für uns zu dunkel .. aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Chaotische Administration
Pros:

Leider keine richtige Bewertung möglich.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat uns in drei Monaten 4x über Booking ausrichten lassen, das Kreditkarten Daten nicht korrekt sind. Jedes mal haben wir diese aktualisiert. Dann dasselbe Spil von vorne. Wir hatten aber noch nie ein Problem mit der Karte. Beim vierten Mal haben wir dann sogar die andere Karte hinterlegt. Das Hotel hat es nie für nötig empfunden, mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen. Am Anreisetag hat das Hotel uns vor dem Mittag einfach die Unterkunft storniert. Wir sind nichtsahnend im Hotel eingetroffen. Bei der Ankunft in diesem grossen Hotel war der Receptiomsmitarbeter völlig gestresst. Hat die eintreffenden neuen Gäste warten lassen und musste mit jedem Gast dann auch noch die Anlage zeigen. Also warteten wir erstmal 45min. bis wir dann erfahren durften, dass unser Zimmer storniert wurde. Es scheint, als sei dieses Hotel und vorallem das Personal etwas überfordert?
Schade.

Un beau bungalow avec un personnel agréable
Pros:

Très beau bungalow au coeur d'une végétation luxuriante. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Il nous a manqué un réfrigérateur. D'autre part, nous avons été déçu que nos draps ne soient pas changé alors que nous sommes restés 4 nuits (nous avions bien mis l'étiquette pour faire la chambre chaque matin).

Cons:

L'absence de réfrigérateur et les draps qui ne sont pas changés lorsqu'on reste plusieurs nuits.

Schöner Dschungel mit einigen Mängeln

Die Lage direkt im Dschungel ist wunderschön

Cons:

Es ist zwar ein Hotel, aber man hat keinen Mehrwert im Vergleich zu einer Ferienwohnung. Das Personal, war größtenteils desinteressiert. Der Check-In ist ab 15.30 uhr schon eher spät angesetzt. Wir durften 16.15 uhr endlich ins Zimmer. Auch hier keine Kommunikation, trotz mehrfachen Nachfragens. Auch hier kommt man nicht mal auf die Idee, die vielen wartenden Gäste mit irgendetwas, wie ein Getränk oder ähnlichem, die Wartezeit zu versüßen.
Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft ausser Betrieb. Ein Tag später anscheinend wieder offen. Aber das Wasser sah alles andere als gesund aus. Grün, blubbernt, Drüb. Nach Fragen ob der Pool wirklich in Ordnung sei, kam nur die Antwort "yes, the Pool is ok"
Das Frühstück war spartanisch. Es bat zwar alles an aber irgendwie lieblos und nicht sehr appetitlich angerichtet.
Das Schlimmste waren die Betten. Man konnte sich nicht bewegen, ohne das alle anderen im Raum wach wurden. Schrecklich. Holzbretter und oben drauf eine durchgesehene Matratze.
Das Personal interessiert sich leider für nichts. Somit viel Geld bezahlt für 4 schlaflose Nächte.
Wie gesagt, so eine Unterkunft könnte man als Ferienhaus eben so bekommen, für weniger Geld. Kein Mehrwert.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es decepcionante! El baño tiene moho, el desagüe tenía pelos, el baño se llenaba de agua, prácticamente era una piscina porque no servía el desagüe, mi familia tuvo alergia por el polvo en la habitación y el ventilador de techo no servía del todo bien, no aumentaba la velocidad estaba siempre como al mínimo… reportamos todo esto a recepción y prácticamente nos ignoraron!!

Quiero dejar constancia de que la habitación asignada no correspondía en absoluto a lo que se mostraba en las fotos publicadas en Booking. No tenía ventana adecuada, presentaba aberturas en las paredes y las camas estaban ubicadas junto a una ventana sin vidrio, lo que generaba una situación de inseguridad e incomodidad. Además, soy una persona muy alérgica a los insectos, y las condiciones de la habitación aumentaban considerablemente el riesgo de exposición a bichos. Considero que la información publicada fue engañosa y no reflejaba el estado real del alojamiento

No.existe imagen en booking de la habitación que me otorgaron, tuve qye cambiarme a otro hotel pagar extra y mas, ya que tenia que resolver el problema del alojamiento in situ, veníamos viajando mas de 24 horas fue muy desagradable todo

Soggiorno indimenticabile nel verde di Puerto Viejo

Struttura unica, immersa nella verde della foresta che ti fa sentire connesso con la natura. Colazione ottima e sono presenti dei punti per il refill di acqua. Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche per il servizio in camera.
