amazing apartment. Me and 4 friends stayed for 5 nights, location was perfect, Siam park a 10 minute walk, same to the strip/beach. The apartment itself was beautiful, we can’t wait to come back!
the only thing is no AC. although fans were provided, it was still quite hot
Biggest positive is that the bungalow is big enough and is very comfortable. You could spend all day there with the family. Beds very comfortable. Two showers, three decent sized bedrooms. Very nicely decorated. The kids could walk down to the pool from the front door in 30 seconds. I really like the bungalow and would look for similar accommodation again.
The location is okay. There is no sea view and you just sit out the back looking at a white wall. As we wanted the sun this was not an issue. We had hire car which you park in public car park about 10 mins walk away. There is a small pool in the complex. Every morning people would put out towels on sun beds and bake themselves, weird!
Another Fabulous stay at Ale Sol. We loved this apartment so much last year that we booked it again for this year. Such a comfortable, convenient & spacious place to stay for families. There was even a few small improvements that we had noticed from last year which really made the stay better. It’s a beautiful, clean apartment in a lovely complex. The pool and bar were also updated from last year which was nice to see. A really great place to stay! We hope to be back again!!

I booked this apartment because the terrace looked beautiful in the photos, but I was disappointed to find that it gets no sun at all throughout the day. The apartment itself could also have been better cleaned.
The apartment is really spacious and it can accommodate even 8 people. Our kids stayed upstairs and it was really comfortable. Two bathrooms is a plus. Living room was comfortable, also TV was modern and with different apps. Kitchen had everything needed. Location of the apartment is very good. Also, there was relatively large parking lot next to the hotel, where we could park the car.
The bed on the ground floor was squeaking, so we slept separately to get better quality of sleep. Also, I do not understand why the apartments in Tenerife usually have relatively narrow beds. I guess the ones in this apartment are 140cm wide, but the rooms could easily fit 180cm wide beds. It would add a lot of comfort for the guests.
The pool area is relatively compact. It was not an issue for us, as we stayed mostly in the beach, but if we would have been there for a pool holiday, then we would have preferred a complex with larger pool.

This is a beautiful spacious property with a modern style. The bathrooms have a lovely design and there are 2 nice outdoor terrace areas. There was plenty of hot water for a family of 5 after a day at the pool/beach. WiFi and smart TV were an excellent bonus. Kitchen is small but sufficient. No oven or freezer but this didn’t bother us too much. Location was excellent, only a few mins walk to beach and the strip area. The pool is also very nice and the bar was well serviced.
The property was very clean except for the blankets that were concerning the couch. They were obviously dusty and dirty which was disappointing as they can just be washed in the washing machine. We used the extra bed blankets to cover the couches so we could sit down.
-Property gave us plenty of space, not too far from Fanabé beach or from the seafront towards Las Americas.
-Loved the decor, fresh looking property.
-Outdoor area nice sun trap when the sun comes around.
-Owners of the bar on the complex really good, only went where the one day but very attentive.
-Pool was lovely and warm.
-Sun beds by the pool strictly not allowed to be reserved so a nice rotation of usage.
-Wasn’t the freshest, the property had a stale smell like a dirty mop had been used, the soft upholstery (cushions, fleece blankets and bed spreads) in the property smelled, I don’t think these are washed so made us feel conscious to use them, with only one thin sheet as bedding this didn’t make the evenings very comfortable as it wasn’t the warmest while we were there.
-Would have been happier if curtains closed, think a double curtain rail is needed for the aesthetic look the property is going for, evenings you can see straight in.
-A couple of us who are allergic to pet hair were having symptoms which would suggest pets present previously which might explain the smell in the building. Listing says pets not allowed, but at the same time says there are pet bowls available?
-Fridge seal has clearly gone, as we had to keep one of the stools in front of the fridge to keep it closed to stop our food from being ruined.
-Small bugs all in the kitchen, made it difficult to leave dry goods out.
-Beds very hard and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a park bench.
-Only one sun bed when the property pictures show 2.
-No proper oven, microwave/convection cooker only, way too high to be used properly, not the best for retrieving hot food when you’re having to reach above your head or stood on a small plastic pop up step (h&s issue).
We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this apartment in January as a family. The apartment was absolutely spotless, and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, making it so convenient to explore the area with ease. It was an ideal base for our trip, with everything we needed close by. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. We were truly delighted with our experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.
