A wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

The location was ideal. Close to Regent Theatre.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room felt freshly renovated and clean. The room service was delicious and breakfast at Cleo was wonderful.

Very nice but the maintenance issue will mean I’m unlikely to go back

Very stylish, bed was comfortable

Cons:

Major issue with the heating / fan - wouldn’t turn off. Very loud noise. Had to change rooms.
