Overall, loved this hotel. Gorgeous decor, vibes and atmosphere. One minor issue with the black out blinds but wouldn’t

Loved the location and vibe. Decor was very cool

Cons:

The blackout blinds in our room had a large gap due to the motor resulting in bright lights coming through to our pillows.

Pros:

We really love loved the stunning decor.. very cute LA boutique vintage style. The roof top was stunning for breakfast.

Convenient, cool and cosy
Pros:

Location is perfect, so close to everything Melbourne CBD has to offer. Room was nice, well decorated and beds comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom layout is weird (twin room) and no real soundproofing from the corridor. And forget about grabbing a drink at Cleo without a reservation, even though the website says they only take a limited number of reservations. Staff were not helpful at all

Great stay but the accessibility room requires some tweeks to better assist the comfort
Pros:

Very clean and sleek colour design of the rooms. The rooms blocked out a lot of the sound from the street. But some sound can be heard from the hotel in either the function room or other rooms joining. But overall, great space for a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating.

Cons:

We stayed in the accessibility room and it could be improved for further accessibility usage. The carpet under the bed isn't the most accessible to get around with a wheel chair. Also, you can still have a door to the bathroom and make it accessible. The fact there was no door to close off the bathroom and toilet, didn't leave much privacy. There was also only one comfortable chair that swiveled. This would make it difficult for anyone hoping from wheelchair to chair. It also didn't provide another comfortable chair for someone else staying in the same facility. It would be great to have an option to link your phone to the tv google chrome to watch things off - the staff were uncertain about how to assist with this.

Every staff member we encountered were lovely and helped us with our needs. The layout and design of the hotel is beautiful, and everything included in the room was of great quality. Would definitely stay here again!
